Great price, average quality

Cons: poor quality in leather dye and mechanics.
"I purchased this chair in warehouse because of the price, its appearance and overall feel. After having it for less then a year, the color is fading on the arms and today the raising/lowering mechanism bar (metal) broke in half and rendering the reclining portion unusable. I will be returning the chair this week after checking the local costco for assistance. They do have a GREAT return policy."

bit disappointed

Pros: great price, looks good, extremely comfortable
Cons: noisy when rocking
Model Number: DFI-435
"I received this chair for a Father's Day gift. It is so comfortable that we purchased another. However, after a couple of months, both chairs are becoming noisy. When rocking, one squeaks and the other pops. It's driving me crazy, so we will be returning both chairs."

Price is good but quality is way lacking

Pros: price and description
Cons: design flaw and zero manufacturer's support.
"Has a severe design flaw where mechanism rubs the underside of the chair and it is now almost through all the foam and soon will start cutting through the leather top. Tried to reach the manufacturer 5-6 times but only vmail is active and nobody calls back. I am 200lbs and used these chairs for 3 months. My wife is 120lbs but same problem."
