Good for the right job
Pros: inexpensive alternative for the quick wipe
Cons: would not do for most housewives
"We use these paper towels at our painting company. I wouldn't use them in a nice kitchen environment but do the job in our painting environment where a quick wipe here or there and throw away is the norm. So I guess I would describe them as utilitarian use only. If looking for nicer kitchen type then I would get the Kirkland or if you like the short sheets get Brawny. They may be only in Costco stores though."

Seriously flawed
Pros: 100% recycled (?)
Cons: tears totally unacceptably
"I cannot understand the bone headed design of these towels - the perforations (?) are so poorly done that it is nigh impossible to tear of a section w/o ripping the towel and getting only part of a sheet or maybe part of the next sheet. One has to stop one's day and address the roll with two hands and carefully tear the sheets else one gets a scrap, not a towel. Unbelievable.
I bought a full bundle (12 rolls, I think). I cannot wait to be done with them so i can buy what works.
The 100% recycled is a big selling point. The lousy perforations or whatever causes unbelievably bad tearing properties, negates that virtue entirely."

Good product
"Have to say that I am constantly buying this from Costco. Like the other reviewer, however, it is not the best at soaking up fluids. BUT, my reason for purchasing is because it is environmentally friendly and does not cut down trees to make. I use a lot of washable rags for cleaning, so this is a great supplement."

Poor Quality
"Very poor quality - does not tear easily (rips through half the next sheet); does not soak up liquid very well. You'll go through one roll a day! We're trying to use it up quickly so we can just change back to the brand we had before."
