"We ordered 2 cabinets, one vertical and one lateral. both were damaged when uncrated. The lateral drawers had one kicked in and was unusable, the other was dented and the paint scratched off. I would not recommended this product. However customer service by Costco was great."

Purchase of 5 drawer letter cabinet
Pros: nice cabinet
Cons: cam damaged
Model Number: 685825
"Like the other customer, the cabinet is fine, except that it was clearly kicked in BEFORE boxing (was not damaged in shipment). So I have to order another one (!!) and have this big thing returned."
