Three chances to deliver, all dented/warped
Pros: costco's amazing return policy
Cons: warped, not functional, scratched, dented, wear/tear of deliveries
"We ordered this cabinet for our office. The first cabinet arrived and was banged in on the front such that the top drawer wouldn't even open, and it was leaning to the side. Costco had a second one delivered, and it was even worse than the first...top three drawers were banged in and not functional. The first one was then picked up by the shipper. Then the second one was picked up. Then the fourth one was picked up. Finally, the third attempt...cabinet arrived with a huge dent on the top back corner, such that the top is bubbled up a few inches and the top drawer doesn't work correctly. For $800+, we will not accept a damaged cabinet, and will be returning the third and final cabinet for a refund. Perhaps it's the packaging, perhaps it's the local shipping company, I don't know, but we wasted time and had to dispose of tons of packaging, and I'll end up ordering this item through another online vendor in hopes that it will arrive intact. Thanks for the prompt returns, Costco, but you need to look into the shipper (SAIA) and/or packaging of this product."
