Adequate Product But....
"Cost of file cabinet is probably comparable to similar cabinets and delivery was timely and well done. HOWEVER, although there was absolutely no damage to shipping box (and cabinet was well-packed with styrofoam and hard-molded supports inside), one side was noticeably dented in several places and even a rear edge (reinforced) about half-way down the cabinet was bent. It had to have been packed this way. It didn't happen in shipping. The styrofoam and reinforcements were in perfect condition. No doubt it would be replaced, but it is too much trouble and I needed the cabinet right away. May not be fair to rate poorly when it could be replaced but it leaves me with a negative feeling about the whole incident."
