Best copy paper ever

"Everything is right about this paper. The quality and the price. It never jams in the copier. After using this paper once, I don't buy any other copy paper. After all, it has the HP name on it and it's a seal of approval for me."

Good quality paper
"Paper is great. Other reviewers didn't like the paper in bulk (i.e., not separate pkgs of 500 sheets) but I don't mind the packaging because one of the long sides of the box fans out so you can remove an amount of paper and then close the side and top of the box."

Great paper, poor delivery
"We work in accounting and LOVE this paper. Can't beat Costco's price. However, we don't like what happens during the delivery process (and this has happned more than once). The cases are over-wrapped with tons of packaging tape, defeating the whole purpose of having the quickpack box. The boxes are usually filthy when they arrive (like they were in the bottom of a truck or in the back of a warehouse) and the last two we ordered had dents on the corners (probably from being dropped) that ended up ruining the paper inside. When I called Costco customer service, I was told that if it was a delivery problem that I had to call UPS to complain - that's ridiculous! Besides, the tape was put on somewhere other than at UPS."

Good Paper in Convenient Sized Package
"Paper is of very good quality. Convenient size for a small office. It was at my front door in 2 days.
The previous reviewer obviously did not read the product description before ordering and that rating is inaccurate. This is a 2500 page box and it was clearly stated."

Didn't realize

"When it said case of paper I thought I was purchasing the size I normally purchase which is twice the size of what I actually received. So I thought I was getting a great deal. When in reality I paid more for paper then I normally would. Once reason I don't like shopping online. What you get isn't always what you think your getting."
