Cushion flat after 4 months
"well done costco, return anytime if not satisfy. going back to return this since the cushion is lost the comfort and may go for the real leather this time. the color is nice, but hey are you going to look at it all the time when u sit on it?"

I would not purchase again

"I owned this chair for two months and returned it today, the seat had already lost its comfort, and the arm had started to crack all along the top. very nice looking chair but thats it. As to be expected Costco has an excellent guarantee on their products so it was not an issue getting the money refunded. Save your self the time and money and walk away from this chair."

Wonderful Chair
Pros: great value
"This chair arrived two weeks ago, it was/is exactly as described. Very classy looking, inexpensive example of a "leather wingback executive chair".
The odor from the vinyl took about 3-4 days to completely dissipate, I anticipated it and it was not completely unbearable.
I wish Costco offered the stationary version of this chair; cloth, vinyl, or otherwise I would purchase a pair."

Elegant Office Chair
"This is a great chair. I'm tall but it can adjust to fit me perfectly. The only thing that would have made it better is if it were made in leather.
This is an elegant alternative to a regular desk chair. Provides good support and smooth swiveling."

Georgeous Value chair!
Pros: good height adjust, shipping is included!!
Cons: no lower lumbar adjust
"When I saw this office chair online here--it seemed a perfect "look" for our home office. But I was a bit frustrated I couldn't test it in person. Went for it and WOW! It matches perfectly with our other burg-chairs and is VERY comfortable, even with no "lumbar" adjustment. Thanks again, Costco!!"

"everything was good....except you sit on top of the cushion pad with no give it literally does not have any give at all no comfy..so if you wanna sit on top and feels stiff...this is the chair for you."

Pros: arms are well padded chair seems to hug you.
Cons: had to add a pillow
"Very comfortable chair, worth the extra bucks. I give it 4 stars only because I'm 6'4" and the back dosn't go up high enough for me. had to add a little pillow for my head. 6'2 and under would be a dream chair."
