Very Comfortable
Pros: comfort
Cons: needs a lock-out on the rocker feature

"We're using as a computer chair with a corner desk. It has very few features and seems very solid (time will tell). It has a rocking feature which is not defeatable but you can adjust the effort it takes to rock. The only other adjustment is height. It's really super comfortable. I'm not buying any more no-name $99 chairs we break after a couple of years or the cushion goes flat. This is the second Hon product we've bought and I'm really impressed. The model number is slightly different, re: 2091SR11T however it is EXACTLY like the picture here and both numbers are on the Costco packing slip. And if you don't like it you can return to a Costco warehouse - awesome."
