"Paper received after being through a war zone, box and reams torn, half of the case reams were not 8 1/2 x 11 they wre 8 1/4 x 11 which caused a lot of duplicate printing using another brand of paper. I guess you get what you pay for and this paper did not give us a good IMPRESSION!"

Inferior product
"The price was right but the paper is thin and almost grey in color. I will never buy this brand again. The difference in brightness from my previous order was unbelievable and it is so thin you can hardly pick it up. Costco has high standards with its vendors and should discontinue this vendor."

"Although the outer carton was damaged and the inner wrapping of each ream of paper was ripped wide open, the actual copy paper itself was not damaged and although I haven't used it yet, it appears to be fine for my needs (printing on a laser printer with black ink, fax paper and copy paper)."

Pros: papers were usable
Cons: careless handling of boxes, taped broken boxes with mailing tape, delivery driver never rang my bell to alert me.
"Ordered two cases of copy paper. They arrived in record time. The (brown) carrier who delivered them is another story. I give them quarter-star. The cases arrived broken and were wrapped in mailing tape ... boxes almost totally destroyed ... each ream's cover was broken. The papers themselves seemed to be usable, but I'll never have Costco ship anything to me again."

Inconsistent Product - Frequent Paper Jams
Pros: consistent surface feel
Cons: jams in printers, not packaged regularly
"We tried this paper in Dell, Brother, and HP Printers and were NOT satisfied because of the large number of jams and crumpled edges. The paper was irregularly packed into the ream packages making it difficult to properly load any printer, it did not separate nicely in the printer pickup."

Great paper, great price
"We really are pleased with this paper. It doesn't jam, it's great for just about any project that we want to print that calls for regular printer paper. It's also great for my copier.
Also the price beat anywhere else we looked and it included the delivery price! We're buying all our paper from Costco from now on!"
