good buy
"Can't beat the price anywhere for these binders. They are perfect low cost binders for short term events or subjects. If you need them to last more than a year then pay the price. If you know you'll be changing to a new binder in a year then these will be perfect. I had to buy a size smaller than I normally do, because their 1 1/2 " binder was more like 2" . costco is great with returns so it wasn't a problem."

great for the money
"You won't find a better binder for the money. These binders are excellent for mid-level useage.
If you're looking for a binder that can handle heavy-duty use, you might want to get a product a step up.
I use them for organizing paperwork, manuals, etc."

Great Price but One Drawback
Pros: great value
Cons: bad spine insert
"These are a great value but you will have difficulty inserting anything into the spine on them. There are no holes in the spine area to access what's inside and slide it into place. Whatever you put in there just get all crinkled up at the top of the spine. We finally gave up and used adhesve labels on the OUTSIDE of the vinyl insert. Even with this problem, they're still worth buying because the price is so low."

"The best price around for a binder of this size. We use them for student leadership workshops for high school and middle schools and they hold up well. The feature we like best is the clear cover with the insertable sheet."

great for the price!
"For less then $2, the binder does exactly what it needs to do. Really, what do some people expect for this price?? To keep things organized, they do a great job and at great price. Are they extremely durable, of course not, but again they are less then $2! I love these binders and will continue to by in bulk to keep our office organized."

Poor design and quality
Cons: weak binder rings, bad placement of binder rings
"I gave the design with the rings mounted to the back of the binder a shot, and bought a multipack of the 1" binders.
I will admit I did not look at the rings carefully from top and bottom at the store, but when I got them home and was ready to use them, the rings were mashed flat.
I thought great!! So it’s a light duty binder and maybe I packed the back of my van too tightly, but then I compared the thickness with one of my "healthy" 1" binders my shelf. I found that the thickness gage of the rings appear the same or very close.
So, I tried using a pair of needle nose pliers to try to warp a ring from the "healthy" binder and was not easy to bend barely out of alignment, much less mangle it flat.
I found it much easier to flatten a non-damaged ring from one of these Office Impressions Binders with the needle nose pliers. That's too much of a quality disparity for me.
Of course now I feel it wrong to return the binders to the store, so all I can do now is send a word to the wise to inspect the rings on these binders and handle with care if you must buy them. For myself, my expectations are too high to do that again."

Office Impressions View Binder ... Bad!!!
Pros: nice for the price
Cons: slips out of your hand when taking off the shelf

"This company has taken a nice product, at a good price, and improved (?) it so when you grab your binder off the shelf it slips out of your hand.
Moving the attachment of the rings from the center of the binder to the back side was really a very dumb idea.
I continue to look for a binder that is made the good old way."

Decent Binder
Pros: inexpensive, pockets inside both covers
Cons: not as heavy as a higher priced binder
"Photo shown is indeed NOT the binder. Photo shows rings inside back spine, but they are offset to the back cover. Actually this makes the binder open & close more easily when loaded with paper, so I didn't mind. Decent enough for the price and occasional use. If your use will involve accessing the binder multiple times each or most days, you will probably replace this sooner then a heavier binder.....but it will still have cost less :>)"
