Constructed from a lightweight, powder coated aluminum frame and hand woven with a rich Espresso color PE resin wicker, this set is design to withstand the elements. Fashionable and contemporary, the Portofino Modular Sectional comes complete with Sunbrella® base cushions in neutral Heather Beige complemented with Mankala Teak and Sierra Brown accent back pillows. Each oversized component measures 35" x 35" with exceptionally comfortable 5" thick cushions. Arrange your set in the traditional L- shape or choose from half dozen alternative configurations.

Pretty Good for the Money
Pros: looks good!
Cons: the cushions slide off the chairs.
"As other have written, the cushions are a big problem. The snaps are a poor design and do not hold the cushion to chair. The set looks good, but is not functional as designed. A couple of quick inexpensive fixes can make it functional. First, I zip tied the sectional together in the desired configuration, thus keeping the unit together. If you are like me and bought a container of zip ties from the warehouse, you have a lifetime supply sitting in your closet. Second, I sewed 1 inch Velcro strips to the bottom of the cushion covers front to back and weaved the other side of the Velcro through the resin wicker. This keeps the cushions securely in place. Maybe the manufacture will read my review and incorporate my suggestion into their product. With these minor modifications, my set not only looks good and it is also fully functional."

Great Choice

"We read all the reviews, and like most others, were apprehensive about buying something we couldn't try out first. This is a great patio set, super deep seats, firm cushions and the colors are great. We chose this set because we wanted the flexibility of being able to move things around, and there are lots of possibilities here."

"I purchased the entire estate collection one year ago. I love the collection and have received numerous compliments. The Sunbrella cushions have zippers!!!! and the wicker can be washed with ease with water from a hose. Within the last month I had noticed that only the sectional wicker resin has essentially faded and scratched off however, all the other pieces (12 pieces) were in perfect order and looked brand new. I contacted Red Star Traders, provided photos of the damage. I was greeted with the utmost professionalism and we were able to come to a resolution. I will absolutely purchase products from RedStar in the future - so impressed."

Love it!
"We ordered this patio set and it was here in less than 10 days. It really is as beautiful in person as it is in the pic. I love it!!! We sprayed it with (scotch-gard protector) just for extra protection. The sunbrella fabric is great, but we have kids... I also added the (non slip rug pad) in between the cushions & couch so it doesn't slide when you move around. It is true to it's color.
We also ordered the Portofino lounger 4 pack and my entire backyard looks amazing!! Thank you Costco :-)"

Quality for the money
Pros: looks great and very comfortable
Cons: cushions slide and unsnap too easily
"My husband and I purchased the Portofino collection and are very happy with it. It arrived in less than a week. The cushions are firm, the colors are very similar to how they appear in the picture and the construction is great. The only thing I would change would be to have secured the cushions better than with snaps. The cushions slide very easily on the resin wicker, and come unsnapped, especially the ottomans, too easily. Also, the snaps are only located in two places on each piece. They need at least four snaps on the ottomons, due to how easily they slide. Other than that, I would recommend this set of deep seating patio furniture."

"We purchased this set to put on our lake dock. This item is every bit as good, or better than other sets we looked at for more than double the $$$. The weave color is beautiful and the pieces are extremely well constructed and appear heavier than other Portofino components we already own (last year we purchased the club chairs). The cushions are thick and comfortable and the color palette goes well with our flagstone hardscape.
The company was a pleasure to work with and I received the set less than 5 days after purchase! Nice work Costco for choosing another great item and product line for your members."
