Good Energy Supplement

"Pro:
My family uses this product for increase in daily energy. The energy levels of my wife, my son and myself increased when ever we use the B-50 High Energy Complex.

Con:
The only problem I have is that the product includes 18mg of Iron. Taken with another multivitamin like the "Premium Performance Multivitamin" (9mg of Iron) increases the Iron levels to 27mg which is not needed by everyone. I wish the Iron mineral was left out of the B-50 product."

B-50 and my brain
Model Number: B-50 High Energy Complex Dietary Suppliment
"I used to work two full time jobs, getting only about 4 hours of sleep daily during the week. While there is no substitute for sleep, taking a COSTCO B-50 Hi-Energy supplimental tablet every 12-hours renewed my brain enough to keep me going those many years I did do it. Now, I take one every 24-hours, and feel a noticeable difference if I don't take it. Since it's all Water Soluable vitamins, which your body cannot store and must be replenished every 24-hours anyway, just be sure to take lots of water with it to get it into your blood stream for maximum effect. I highly recommend it!"

Kirkland B-50 Vitamins
"i'm in my early 50's, female, and have been taking these for at least the last 10-15 years and my family is always amazed at the energy I sustain day-to-day. I recently recommended them to my sister as well and she will start on these vitamins to help her get thru her busy days and years ahead."
