Terrible customer service & repair service
Pros: easy to program & run
Cons: virtually no warantee

"In less than a year, we had problems with the daily print outs not feeding out properly & cramming numbers over the top of others so collecting financial figures was impossible. Sharp customer service was not helpful, their warantee was misleading & bad. We had to send out the machine to a independent service company ( Sharp recommended)- Sharp warantee only covered parts - not labor, which was close to $100. We were without a working cash register for 2 weeks during the holiday season. Customer service would not transfer or provide us with contact information to speak to a Supervisor with regard to this matter."

"Good register for the money. Sharp is a great company for customer support. They have put up with endless questions.
Only complaint is that I do not have a end of day tape to find mistakes with unless I do not give the customer a receipt."
