Majestic Pet™ Titan 36" Dog Crate
The Majestic Pet two door folding dog crate is the perfect solution for training your new pup or creating a cozy home for an older dog. The Titan folding suitcase style dog crate features two doors for both front and side access. Each crate includes a soft plush crate mat so your pup can be nice and cozy in their new pet home. Also included, is a divider panel which allows the crate's living area to be adjusted as your puppy grows to their adult size.

Sizing Recommendation:
For proper sizing, determine your dog’s potential full grown adult size. Then choose a crate that will be 4 inches taller than the top of your dog's head, and 4 inches longer than your dog from nose to tail.
This crate is recommended for: American Eskimo, Australian Cattle dog, Basset Hound, Beagle, Brittany & Cocker Spaniel, Bulldog, Bull and Wheaton Terrier, Standard Schnauzer, Welsh Corgi and Whippet
* Wire - the smaller the gauge number, the stronger the wire.

kind of flimsy

Cons: flimsy and locks are hard to operate
"This is a spacious dog crate we bought for our growing puppy. Although it was easy to assemble, the sides are flimsy and the doors are difficult to lock."

"Honestly I have nothing to compare this to as this is my first crate purchase. Having said that, it seems to be a good quality and is holding up well. I like that it came with the (movable) divider, our whippet puppy was too small to use the whole crate at first but after a few weeks we were able to open it all up to him. I also like that it came with the plush mat, it's not the thickest and coziest but seems to be sufficient. My only complaint is when it was delivered, the box was in bad shape and seemed over-taped...when I assembled the crate some parts looked a little bent and the front door doesn't latch as easily as the side, possibly b/c of bent parts. Not completely problematic, but it bothered me enough to order another with the intent of returning the original one. The second was delivered and the box was in similar condition and the crate was even more wonky. I kept the first and decided it really wasn't all that bad, not everything can be perfect! Still satisfied with the purchase."

"We purchased this crate to replace the one that was loaned for our newly adopted hound mix. We found a different brand that was cheaper, but decided to get this particular crate because it had 2 doors instead of one (providing future flexibility if we decide to move it to a different location), it included a mat, there were positive reviews, & Costco backs up what it sells. It was very easy & quick to set up. The crate is very sturdy, & we (and our dog) really like the mat. We are very pleased with the purchase."

Cons: extremely poor packaging
"The product itself is fine but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The instructions for unpackaging and setting up the unit were wedged in between all the wires of the product and were not accessable until you finally figured out how to assemble it, it was very frustrating to say the least. also was no manufacturers name or address to contact about the product. It took considerably longeer to assemble the product than it should have due to not being able to access the assembly instructions."

Great Crate
"This is perfect for our new puppy. So far he has not chewed on the pad. I think the pad is good for our dog. It is a little thin, but he seems to be comfortable. My only complaint is the bottom of the cage is a little bent and the side door does not have a tight fit like the front door. I love the divider. No accidents in the crate so far!"

"My wife and I have a 13 year old Australian Shepherd and decided to bring a 8 week old Aussie pup into the family. She is a firecracker and wears us, and the older Aussie, out. We decided to "Crate" train the youngster and within a couple of days when it is bedtime I take her into the bedroom and she gets into the crate on her own, snuggles up to a toy and sleeps for a good 8 hours. Anyway, long story short, it is well made and works very well for us."

"Never had a dog crate before and compared/ ordered two of these off the description. They fit my dogs perfectly (two 99% grown keeshonds), the cushion is acceptable to the dogs (one dog prefers no cushion), the plastic trap tray is easy to clean (already cleaned urine & vomit), very simple to erect & break down (no screws or tools needed), easy enough weight-wise for a woman to move thru the house & into the car). Very well constructed & cheaper than any where else I looked on the internet (Oct. 2011)"

Very nice
Pros: sturdy, nice pad
"I also have the 42" version of this from Costco but it was a tight fit for the car so the 42" will stay in the house and this 36" will be for safe travel. Comes with very nice washable pad.
Oddly though, my first 36" shipment was a 1-door despite ordering the 2. Even the box said 2-door. The 1-door oddity goes back to my local store tomorrow.
I reordered and received the 2-door so my experience with the first shipment was just an extreme fluke and shouldn't deter one from buying."

"I just received the 36'' dog crate today and I am very pleased! The crate is very high quality and duarable. It was extremely easy to set up and I am sure it will be just as easy to take down. The divider comes in handy since our Springer Spaniel is still a puppy. And as an added plus, it comes with a very soft crate bed! Great job Costco, you ROCK! Do not pass up this GREAT deal!"

Solid Purchase
"Product was very well packed by the manufacturer. Crate is collapsible but is very solid when assembled. The divider panel allows me to adjust the crate space as my puppy grows (very important during potty/crate training). I'm saving the crate mat for when the puppy has outgrown his need to chew on everything. I'm using old comforters in the meantime. Don't pass up this great product at this price!"

Good for the price Costco has
Pros: great price, bed included, sturdy enough for my use, is definatly more sturdy than the very cheap kenne
Cons: smaller wire gage than some other kennels, doors are not removable, included bed is thin and bumpers get chewd, locking mechanism wire could be longer, does not feel as sturdy as some brands
"Ok, I was really excited about this product when I seen it on line. The price, you get a kennel AND a pad!! I have my own pets but am very involved with pet rescue, and so I am always on the look out for quality products at a price non-profits can afford. That said, here are my negative observations for the product.:
- The kennel is defiantly sturdier built than the real cheap ones, but it is the larger size of this actually has smaller gauge wire and does not seem as well built as my Midwest life stages kennel, even though my Midwest is actually a smaller kennel.
- If you have not seen or used the "kennel pads" before be aware they are very thin on the part the dog lays on, and the plumb bumper portion just begs to be chewed while you are away from home.
- I really didn't know how much I would miss having removable doors for the kennel until I got this, and can't.
-The latch on the doors is not as long as I would like. It goes into the loop, but I would feel it was more secure if it were longer.
- The kennel is defiantly sturdier built than the real cheap ones, but it is the larger size of this actually has smaller gauge wire and does not seem as well built as my Midwest life stages kennel, even though my Midwest is actually a smaller kennel.

Good crate
"I looked on Craigs List to get a crate b/c I wanted to save money, but was surprised that the asking price in my area was betw. $45-80. and I needed a large crate for my new lab puppy. I really did not want to buy a new crate, however, when I checked prices, I decided to buy Costco's crate b/c the price was reasonable. Happy with the crate, good quality and attractive."
