LiquidArt Fountains Klamath Basin Birdbath-style Bubbler
This LiquidArt fountain is perfect when space, or a budget, is limited. The kit includes a very realistic-looking, hand-made GFRC (concrete) “faux” bubbler that has been molded from a natural stone. It provides the durability, look, and texture of a rock bubbler, without the weight of natural stone! It only weighs approximately 25lbs, and is easy to position on the fountain base without having to use expensive equipment. The “bird-bath” style bowl in the top of the rock, holds about an inch of water, which then gently cascades over the sides and back into the hidden water reservoir.
The fountain base (reservoir) is completely self-contained. It holds approximately 12 gallons of water, and the submersible magnetic-drive pump can move 396 gallons per hour. The pump, water flow adjustment valve and hose are all included, pre-cut, pre-glued and ready to go. Simply screw the connections together, fill the reservoir with water, plug your pump in, sit back and enjoy your fountain!

Easy and delightful!
Pros: realistic-looking stone; great sound

"Quick delivery, easy to set up even for a 60+ woman. Hole-digging and leveling were the most challenging parts, but really just a couple hours' work. Adding rocks and flowers is fun. Water sound is masking road noise, and attracting many more birds to my backyard. Looks great; wonderful replacement for an old cracked concrete fishpond."

Small but nice water feature
"Liquid Art 16" bubbler rock 2x2 product purchased. Delivery was very timely.
Took couple hours to assemble and directions clear. My opinion is that you do need quite a few extra river rocks and planting material to enable a fountain that looks like you have blended it into landscape.
Have had 2 weeks and so far no issues. The initial flow rate was too high so set that lower to avoid the oversplash others mentioned. That has worked."

Satisfying Purchase
Pros: offers a very pleasant & soothing sound
Cons: no option from costco for options
"This is a quality product that delivers.
It was very easy to install and offers a very pleasant and soothing sound.
We find ourselves mesmerized on our patio watching and listening to this fountain all day and into the evening .
Although not real stone it really looks like the real deal.
My only minor complaint is we did not have an option to purchase from Costco the catch extender that increases the area that water is recirculated.
Due to evaporation and water lost falling outside of the standard area we have to add water every day or two to make sure pump does not get too low on water.
The optional extender through Liquid Art ain't cheap, but might be something to worth considering.

Fantastic
"We've had several water features over the years and this one is the best by far. One big goal is to mask traffic noise. Other water features have had pumps that were loud. This bubbler's pump is silent. The water provides wonderful sound. It was easy to install. Very happy with this."

"I am a single female who decided to take this project on by myself. I ordered the fountain on Saturday, and on Tuesday afternoon it was delivered! Unbelievable for free shipping! The entire installation took just over 2 hours, and I was able to assemble the fountain without any additional help. The faux granite on the fountain blends perfectly with the real granite I have in my yard. It is impossible to tell the difference! The directions were simple and precise. The most time consuming part was digging the fountain base hole. I highly recommend this product."

just what i was looking for

"I was looking for a very simple rock water feature for our compact urban garden. I also was looking for a decent birdbath. After reading the reviews here i ordered this. it came right away.
About a month ago we set it up on the patio to make sure it worked in case we had to return it...and sat there watching and listening to it in the evenings. Last week I installed it in its permanent location. Really easy. My husband & I both love it"

Great Fountain!
Pros: the mesh screen keeps debris out.
"We have three fountains and a pond in our yard, and this one has, by far and away, the best pump and connection structure we've ever worked with. It took less than an hour to set up, the sound is wonderful, and it looks great! And... we ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrrived on our doorstep on that very next Thursday! "Bubbler rock looks perfect. No one can believe it's not a solid rock. Easy to install. All parts included. You'll need to buy small rocks around the base. We used 4 50 lb. bags of river rocks. Looks great!"

NOT a 2'X2' Bird Bath
Pros: looks like real stone

"`First, I love this bird bath. It looks like real stone. The pump is silent. It was easy to install. BUT, the "rock" is no where near 2'X2'. The base that sits in the ground is. I was hoping for a much larger "stone", similar to one I saw at MO Botanical Garden in the Woodland garden. I decided to keep it though. I've had it in for a week and have not yet seen a bird land on it but that may be because I have it in a secluded spot and set the fountain on high to draw attention to it. I plan to lower the flow soon. The rock is very dark gray with a little brown in it. It arrived in perfect condition and is light enough that I was able to move the fountain into place to see if I liked it. It makes a beautiful, peaceful sound. I am very happy I ordered it."

"Sorry it took so long to write. The hundred or so Goldfinches bathing and drinking are distracting.
Reasonable to install. My husband had to seek the advice of a wise woman when he became confused. That moment was brief and it all worked out.

Sounds great!

"We purchased this for our courtyard, to go in a raised planter. The 2-foot-square base fit in very well with our planter plan and gave the planter a great focal point. We did not have to install it ourselves because the people building the planter did it, but it works beautifully and has a wonderful sound. It looks very nice with the stone planter wall as well. They did need directions in Spanish, which would be helpful for the manufacturer to provide. Also, we realized that it would be good to have some kind of float that would sense when the water was getting too low so we could avoid burning out the motor. We were able to purchase parts for adding one from a home improvement store."

Pros: very natural-appearing
"Our order came quickly, but the box was damaged, and so was the fountain. Costco replaced it and picked up the old one within days. It took us longer to assemble than some of the other reviewers. It took a couple of trips to get enough gravel and pebbles for the foundation and finishing. However, the end result is really great, and the sound is very soothing."

"The quality of the item is great, everything you need to get the water flowing is included in the box, and after seeing it, the price was understandable. I love the shallow bowl at the top that holds a small amount of water, which adds to the very soothing sound. My husband set it up without any problem on a Sunday afternoon, and added a few bags of landscaping rock around the perimeter to finish it off. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a small, pond-less fountain."

"I had searched a long time before settling on this purchase. I'm glad I did. The sounds are very natural and soothing and really like the fact that I can control the sound easily. Great in every way!
"The fountain is great! I bought it for my wife for Christmas and just installed it this past weekend. It couldn't have been easier! It looks great, operates great, installed in a breeze, and is a hit with everyone that has seen it. The company is great to deal with, too! It is really nice to be able to adjust the pump to allow the bubbler to different heights (1/2" to 6"). And, the sound of the bubbler is natural and soothing, and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend this to anyone."

Very happy with the product
Pros: pump is relatively quiet, spray intensity can be controlled
Cons: difficult to get the pipe connected to the pump, once connected difficult to make changes
"I was a bit unsure about the product before I bought it because of the high price (compared to other fountains being sold) But I liked the design and decide to buy it since it was being sold by COSTCO. I had to dig a lot of the ground to be able to sink the water reservoir in the ground. I liked that I could control the height/intensity of the water from the fountain. I was not happy with how the pipe fits into the reservoir and needed several tries before I got it to an acceptable position. Its not easy to make changes to the fountain placement once you have completed the setup. I've had the fountain for about a year now and it works beautifully. The noise level of the pump has slightly increased with time and the fountain has a slight discoloration - but it still looks great. I'm very happy with the purchase."
