"Fujitsu customer service was very poor. I had issues during the installation of the scanner and the help desk was busy for several hours. Finally got through and was only able to leave a message. Beware"

Wonderful Machine!!!
"I have now purchased 5 Scan Snap 510's. I use these in restaurants and in our offices and have eliminated a significant amount of paper record storage and digitally archive with these. They are fast. Strongly recommend! It would be nice if costco sold the mac version also."

Powerful Scanner
"I purchased this exact model and have used it extensively. Very powerful, COLOR, duplex scanner...quick start, high sensitivity to anything on the back of paper (it will scan both sides if the reader senses a mark or carbonless residue). Very helpful software program organizes scans. Well worth the money."

Great value
Pros: durable well known in the scanner industry, value, great software, crisp and clear scans, compact
Cons: can't find one
"I have tried a lot of different scanners for my office. If you are looking for a scanner that can scan a pile of paper in no time, this is it. It can take a stack of paper of different sizes and scan them with NO problems, both sides. The software is also amazing. It can organize and search for keywords in documents that have been scanned,making it very easy for searching and retrieval. That feature alone can save you a lot of time organizing your documents."
