suprise, it was fantastic
"I was not sold immedately on purchasing from CostCo online and having it delivered to my home with assembly required to boot! But what a pleasant surprise, it is just beautiul, and works so well. I have a small condo and it fits against the wall perfect. Only to one hour to assemble! Just amazing and the quality is there. I just love it."

Way Better Than Expected!!
"I purchased this based on the first review online and the fact that Costco's return policy is so good. I expected it in about 2-3 weeks instead of 1!! It assembled easily, and if I didn't know it was an electric fireplace, I'd think I had a roaring fire in front of me. What a fantastic deal!"

Better than advertised
Pros: beautiful, quiet, free delivery, put it anywhere
"I started thinking about an electric fireplace as a way to provide additional heat and ambience in a chilly room. I was VERY hesitant to order something like this online, and was especially nervous about how fake the fire might look. After doing some extension online research (including youtube.com) and learning about the Costco satisfaction guarantee I ordered it. WOW! what a great surprise when I received it. The wood finish is beautiful, it was very easy to assemble, the heater is quiet and powerful and the realism of the flame exceeded all my expectations. I am very pleased with my purchase and will not be returning it!"
