"I am confused by this grinder. I have tried to grind the top sirloin and chuck roast beef for hamburger by cutting the meat into small cubes. It did not work too well. The tendon jammed the grinder every 2 to 3 feeds. I have to reverse the motor to clear the jam. The pork also has the same problem.
There is no way to remove all the tendons in the meat before cutting into small cubes. This 550w unit maybe is under-powered for beef and pork. There should be a better way to grind meat.
There are only two cutting discs, coarse and fine, for this model. The medium disc is not included."

A great meat grinder
"I've been looking for a meat grinder with good quality and reasonable price for a long time. I'm glad that Costco carries it. This machine is very easy to assemble, operate, and clean. Meat can go thru fast and smooth, and the ground meat produced from either of the cutting discs is just beautiful. The quality of the machine seems very good, and I hope it will last long too. The only thing I would complain is it's noisier than I expected, I thought it'll be much quieter than the food processor I have. Anyway, if you can live with the noise from a food processor, you can live with this meat grinder too."
