Strong and Solid
Pros: easy to assemble, sturdy, can add extra shelves and castors
Cons: must remember to remove inserts to add castors, before putting poles together, threads inside poles aren't the best on some sets

"I'm a petite female and I put this set together myself by putting it on it's narrow side. Screw the poles together, unless putting the accessory castors on, then use a walking stick (or something thin enough and long enough) to pound the inserts out. I was able to do this with a little force. Lay the bottom 2 poles on the floor, add the shelf locks (they will click into the groove - twist to make sure), then slide a shelf down. Add more shelf locks, then a shelf, until all the shelves are on the 2 poles.
Next slide the top 2 poles through all the shelves. Then add the shelf locks, being careful to get them the same distances as on the bottom poles. Move the poles up to the shelves so they are all in their shelf locks.
Walk the shelf set upright being careful to hold the poles, not the shelves, and tap the shelves solidly onto the shelf locks with a sand hammer, or a rubber mallet and roll (if the accessory castors are added) into position.
Super easy! Only took 30 minutes to open the box and fully assemble.
This set is now fully loaded and since it's wire, I can clip things to the edges and hang extra stuff.
I also bought the 48x18x72" and the 36x24x72. I'm super happy to have all my junk finally organized and off the floor. I also bought the Trinity 48x18x72" set and there's no real difference in quality. The Alera castors that Costco sells separately are large and sturdy and press into the poles - have to bang them in because of the retaining ring, but I had no trouble."

Great Shelves
Pros: easily adjusted, attractive, easy to assemble
Cons: 1 more shelf needed
"Purchased several of these units to convert an extra bedroom to a storage room. Easy assembly with a rubber mallet and looks good. Could use 2 to 3 extra shelves and could use an extra 27 inches in height. Have found a short unit elsewhere with same poles so I plan to buy extra units at costco just for the shelves."

Sturdy and Attractive
Pros: unique dimensions
Cons: might need help setting up
"I shopped all over for shelving and found this to be priced the best and an excellent value. It's also relatively more attractive than most which was important to me as I have it set up in my home office. Most of my shopping also showed that most shelving is at most 18" deep, and I needed something that could hold my printer and still give me space in front and in back. The 24" depth fit the bill for my printer and gave me more storage on each shelf as well. It is a bit of a challenge to put together. However, I'm a mechanically-minded lady and I was able to put it together after I had seen a similar rack put together."

Super shelving
"We purchased two of these units for a new pantry and were very pleased with the quality, durability and ease of assembly of the product. We have seen similar units in other stores for less money but feel that we received a superior product at a fair price."
