Great workhorse
Pros: accepts 2nd source toners w/o problems
Cons: somewhat noisy. occasionally jams when envelopes.
Model Number: P2035n
"Great printer for home use. I have printed thousands of pages.
In process of printing 7,000 pages now with 5,000 done in 2 days.
I have the network version and it has served me well.
When this one dies, if it ever does, I hope to buy identical one to replace it as this one is doing so well."

Way too noisy!

"All I did was plug it in, and print something - and decided to return it. It is way too noisy, and definitely not of the quality as the HP LJ 2100 that I have had for more than 15 years. Very disappointed in it."

Not Suitable For Office Use
Pros: great fast printer
Cons: does not accept high-yield toner

"This is a good printer it prints extremly quickly, very clean print and has a perfect by-pass paper carrier. However, if you are printing in an office situation this may not be the printer for you.
It took less than 1-month for me to blow through the standard yield toner cartridge. After ordering replacement toners in a two pack of high yield cartridges, I was unable to get the toner cartridge in the printer. I contacted HP support to find out if I missed taking off a piece before attempting to insert the toner. After about 45 mins on the phone, I discovered that this printer does not accept the high yield toners.
Cost difference in high yield toners over standard yield toner for this printer is: Standard yield toner = .04¢ per page; High yield toner = .02¢ per page
HP recommended to me for a business printer the HP Laser Jet 2055. Basically the same printer however, it does accept the high-yield toner."

Good price for print quality

"I had the printer for two weeks now. It works like a charm with its "temporarry" cartridge.
I am not impressed with the lower price. You should know by now that the manufaturer will get you in the price of the toner. I am two toners away from the price of another printer!"
