I keep buying Lorex

Pros: user friendly software solid unit great support

Cons: no direct mac compatibility but working on it.

"I've been buying Lorex products for years now and I've been extremely satisfied. I've never dealt with a company that cares so much about their products. Recently I had some minor technical issues and I received a call from a top executive who in turn put me in touch with a high level tech. This tech has worked on the problem until a solution could be found and took it very seriously. The solution will be incorporated into a firmware upgrade. I felt very comfortable recommending Lorex to my friends and business contacts. This review is not a planted review. I'm just a customer, but I'm not JUST a customer to Lorex."

Great Product

Model Number: Model L20WD818321

"System is very stable which is key for security use and remote accessing. I have not ever had it "crash" which I cannot say for other systems I have tried. I have remote accessed it from many locations with consistently excellent results. I enjoy the ability to remote monitor my property."

Great system for home security

Pros: excellent product

"I have been use LOREX 8 cameras DVR multi function system for 3 months now.
This was easy to install, well organize and simple to learn and use. Also functions are amazingly excellent.
I used pay for the alarm system to the security company but now I cancelled.
I installed 5 cameras outside and 3cameras inside of house (living room, garage, and basement) .
Every night and when I out of house I turned on motion sensor and buzzer on these 3 inside cameras, it works great as alarm systems too.
Easy to monitoring all cameras, depends setting on the system I can record more than 2 weeks(free from change tape every 8 hours) it is really great product meet to peoples demands.
Lorex customer service is friendly and quickly response and followed up for my questions.
I want to share my experience and recommend this excellent product for home security system."

"I bought this in March and I had 2 cameras with night vision problems. one camera had water inside which they are supposed to be weather proof cameras."
