So far so good

"We've had this bed going on 3 weeks and so far its been amazing. I love having all the room, yet i know any cal-king sized bed will have room. I seem to sleep better at night and my fiance doesnt snore anymore like he used to. It is a firm bed but when you warm it up (body heat) it becomes softer. Ill try to remember to post another review later on to see if things have changed."

Not a bed for the long term

Pros: good customer service
Cons: divits, smell
Model Number: 41600-C-WHT
"Our mattress has crushed down and become unsupportive 24 months into our purchase.
We like a firm mattress (not extra or ultra firm, but firm) and we settled on this mattress. The first product delivered was defective as it had a spot that would not uncompress making a large V in the side of the bed. A call to customer service had a new mattress out to us right away.
The next mattress was in better condition.
As for comfort It was ok for six months months. About seven months ago my spouse started waking with back pain - we figured it was just from daily chores. This pain slowly got worse. Both of us are less than 190lbs so we figured we were below the weight to cause divits. But sure enough they are there. The kind that the foam was supposed to avoid. You cannot flip this mattress over so once you get the divits (and even before you notice them) the bed is done for.
As for smell. Oh yeah. There is one. The bed comes rolled up tight and the moment you open the plastic covering to let the mattress spring to shape, you smell it. After two years it has finally decreased to the point of being unremarkable - but if you stick your nose in the bed, you will still smell it. We do not normally notice smells of new furniture carpet so the fact that it was there and we noticed it for a long time is saying something."
