Pros: easy to setup, good looking, stylish
Cons: could be bigger
" Ever since I bought this tub I couldn't stop using it. It's been the best purchase i've ever made to relieve stress and to just relax in a nice soothing tub. I recommend you get this, you'd be very impressed by what it can help you with and how it can help you relieve stress. Great purchase. I absolutely love it! "

Needed a lot of help

Pros: love the front entrace and the smaller size, water empties extra fast
Cons: would like the water to enter a lot faster
Model Number: Item #391096
" When we got the tub, we tested as the instructions suggested (before we installed it) and discovered a leak. We contacted Costco and they put in touch with the manufacturer. James in customer support worked with us to get the leak fixed. He tried to find an authorized repair person in our area (we live two hours from anywhere) but was unable to find one who was willing to travel to us. He finally suggested that our plumber could make the repairs and they would reimburse me for that expense. James talked him through what needed to be done. After the leak was fixed we discovered a problem with the air circulation system. To make a long story short, if it had not been for James, we would have returned the tub. "

quality tub

Model Number: 3238
" Pros: I really like that the tub door opens out. The temperature of the water stays at a consistent temperature. Easy to clean. Thank you Krystal from spa world corp.
Cons: I would like the water to come up higher (I am 5' 7" so it may not be an issue for a shorter person.) "

Excellent in every way

Pros: easy to use
Model Number: 32 x 38 Access Tub
" The Air Hydro Jetted Walk-inTub is constructed with high quality fiberglass. The installation was easy, and the operation is super. The tub is for my mom, who is 82. She had no trouble figuring out the various knobs etc. She loves the jets.
All in all we are very pleased and would certainly recommend this model, as it fit into a small bathroom.

Please read, Important information

Pros: fits into an existing shower stall, well made
Cons: not user friendly for the elderly, needs to have knobs and dials labeled somehow
Model Number: 3238
" I purchased model 3238 for my father. We wanted to fit it into a pre-existing shower stall. We thought that would be the less expensive way to install it. Things you need before you purchase this item: 1/ a good plumber, that can do all the extensive plumbing that this install requires for example relocating the drain. 2/ someone to finish the drywall and refinish all the areas affected by the install (which can be extensive, we had to break into a hallway wall to install it). 3/ an electrician, you need two dedicated circuits 15 amp and 20 amp directly from your fuse box. There are a few issues that we found out after it was installed. The knobs on either side of the tub that swivel or lift up need room to move (we had to cut into the backsplash to make this happen). I think that for someone who is elderly (my father is 80) the features on this tub are not marked, so makes for lots of confusion. Otherwise it is constructed well, has some nice features, but I think the manufacturer should have provided a manual for this particular model (not generic for all models) and made it user friendly. Most elderly family members do not have access to computers so need to be able to understand how to use the tubs features. "
