Couldn't be happier!
Pros: beautiful finish, plenty of jets, quick delivery
Cons: weak feet jets, no way to realistically inspect
"I was hestitant buying the tub online, but once set up I am very happy w/ the quality, size and force of jetted water. Like the other reviewer the curb side review is worthless. You really can't realistically unpack it in the driveway, so you just sign and hope it's not damaged. There are differing seat heights and the lower most seat has the most jets and consequently the best massage. This was our first tub and we are very pleased w/ our purchase."

A Party tub with strong jets everywhere
Pros: strong jets, foot jets, plenty of room
Cons: pump cycles regularly in economy mode

"We used a crane to assist with the installation and it went smoothly. This is a big tub, so have plenty of help on hand. The pump powers the jets forcefully and pleased my wife, a therapeutic spa fanatic. Each seat has different jet positioning and the highest jet count seat was quickly claimed! This spa has foot jets too!! The smoke color is a brown tone that matched our Trex decking perfectly. Great vale!!"

"PROS - I paid 4,300 compared to 7 grand for a comparable tub. With all jets open the power doesn't fade. Quiet,Perfect size seats,user freindly,clean design,great filtration,easy controls,big tub. CONS-foot dome is very week. fix - pop out jets, take reducers off ,pop back in, works great. note: dome jets will stay in on position after that. build quality is average but equiptment is the same as in higher end tubs"

Cons: warning sign-drain in front cabinet

This tub is a great value for the money. I went to every tub dealer in my area. The best deal they had was a 40 jet Calspa floor-model for $7000. This tub has plenty of power and many jets. This is our second tub and this one blows away the first one. The only thing I would tell Calspa to change is the warning sign and the drain valve on the front of the tub. Everything else is really nice fit and finish. You will enjoy-John"

"The hot tub and cover colors are listed as charcoal and smoke but they are both brown tones, not gray. The paperwork does not include info on spa chemicals but after calling CA SPA Rosey answered every question I had and was super nice. The curbside inspection policy is unrealistic. We could only inspect the crate, not the tub, as we needed it protected while we moved it. Once unwrapped, there was no damage. I love the tub itself, and each corner sits at different depths, which is nice for different height people. The jets do seem to close themselves so you have to open them up each time you go to a different seat. The seats are spacious and comfortable. Overall the product and customer service are excellent."
