Delicious!
Pros: unique taste!
Cons: slightly less tender
"The cowboy steak has a unique delicious flavor unlike the usual ribeye, slightly less tender than the ribeye choice from the warehouse. I would definitelly purchase again."

Whatta Steak!!

"First order on this cut which is not avail in our two local stores. Arrived frozen overite in perfect condition,prepped and cooked one very simply in a 10" saute pan on a big burner. Seasoned rub applied, a little olive oil and 5 minutes later we devoured it!
Great marbling, awesome flavor with each bite. Would not overcook this gorgeous piece of meat, 5 min. is all it took for a perfect medium rare serving.
