Leaks

Pros: add a pro
Cons: add a con
Model Number: 20002
"Bought two of them at the same time, both leak at connections, rusted, within 6 months.
As a mechanic, I think I know how to put them together from the box.
The pro is, it holds a lot of hose and easy to reel back.
The con is, do not last long enough without wearing down and leak at the joints."

Sturdy

Pros: sturdy, large capacity
Cons: none
"This is the 2nd hose reel of this kind I have owned. I had the first one for 5 years. Sold it when I moved. Never one problem. Very sturdy--no rust issues. It is large enough to handle 150' of hose with no problem. Easy assembly. Rolls across rough terrain with ease. A great price when you compare similar styles and sizes."

hose reel

"Assembly was time consuming. The product is heavy to move. The wheels need to be pumped with air periodically. The wheels are wobbly when moving. The product is too bulky. I would not recommend ths product at all. A cheap plastic reel is much more functional than this reel"

Works, but RUSTS

Pros: works
Cons: rusts
"Assemby was relatively easy, and it does work. But the non-painted area -- i.e. crank handle, which was shiny metallic initially is a rusted eyesore in just a couple of months.
I would not recommend this product.
How difficult is it to build a reliable, good looking, hose reel that works??!! Apparently it is almost impossible, if my experience is any indication."
