Your Medline wheelchair has a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a one (1) year warranty on all other parts. Medline warrants that the frame will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the wheelchair. Medline warrants that all other parts of the wheelchair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase by the original customer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the wheelchair and is not transferrable to any other entity or person. This warranty does not extend to, and Medline has no liability for, damage or failure occurring as a result of misuse, abuse, modification, loss or casualty, normal wear and tear or other causes unrelated to the manufacture and design of the product.
THIS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR THIS PRODUCT. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.
