"Good purchase for the price. Have used for 3 weeks Was easy to assemble. Weight is Ok Hard for my wife to load but she is a little person! Looks like it will last for a while. Well built for the price. If needed for a long time then you may need to get a better chair? For short term use Excellent."

Basic wheelchair

Pros: adequate
Cons: light use only
Model Number: K1
"As a basic chair this one does the job fairly well. A little assembly is required but the tools supplied worked reasonably well. The chair has only been used for light duty so it is definitely adequate. If one were to spend a significant amount of time in the chair I would recommend moving up to a higher quality chair. It is light enough to be loaded into a car trunk but smaller persons might have a little difficulty."

It does the job

Model Number: Excel K1
"The Excel K1 seems to be a sturdy, durable wheelchair. Minimal assembly made it easy to put it into use as soon as it arrived, which was right on time. My wife finds it comfortable, and while a bit heavier than her previous chair, I can easily get it into the trunk of the car.
The footrests are a bit bulky and for convenience I have removed them, but keep them ready.

Very Heavy !

Pros: good quality
Cons: very heavy
"A good wheelchair if you are planning to move around the house, but not transportable !
Really Heavy.....
Returned it straight out of the box, because it is impossibly to load this heavy chair into a car by a single person.

Terrific Value Great Features

Pros: adjustable legs, padded calf support also adjustable, looks high quality, excellent price
Model Number: Excel K1 by Medline Item #431184
"Arrived quickly via UPS Ground and was well packed. Arrives 90% assembled - you just have to slip the back handles on and insert the legs onto the pins. Tightening tools are included. Very easy. Looks well made. The adjustable and swingaway legs with the padded calf supports are really awesome. They swing away, adjust up, down, and even the calf supports adjust up and down. The tires are hard rubber so they are practical for trips to the mall and through parking lots. Folds up nicely, too. We are very happy with our purchase."

Not the best for an elderly person

Model Number: Excel K1 Wheelchair
"This would be good for younger than 70. Mother 82 said it wasn't comfortable. Had to assemble and make height adjustments. Handles move when trying to lift chair. I am sure it is fine for younger patients. Returned."
