Model Number: Bull Ceramic 19" Kamado Grill W/ Cart
"I bought this grill a few weeks ago with the intent of making brick oven bread (knowing the chance I will build a brick oven in my back yard is slim and none). One thing to be conscious of when ordering, is the weight of this equipment. You are required to acknowledge prior to shipment that you understand only curbside deliveries are allowed. For me that was a concern since I live outside of town and up a hill. However, the driver who delivered mine went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver it.
Assembly is simple - there really aren't that many parts. But it is fragile and care must be taken. The main caution they provide for assembly is that when attaching the metal bands that go around the top and the bottom, be sure to tighten the bands at the same time and to the same degree of tightness.
The first two times I used the grill the results were outstanding. I baked a whole chicken at 250 degrees for a little over two hours. The ability to control the temperature is truly impressive. It burned steady for the whole time without having to add charcoal or do any adustments. The amazing thing is that it barely used any charcoal - the other nice thing is you can continue to use the charcoal the next time you bake.Using the natural charcoal gave it incredible flavor and the meat was perfectly moist - and totally done.
The third time I tried to use the grill the lid would no longer sit flush on the bottom portion of the BBQ. The metal bands had slightly twisted which prevented the lid from closing properly. Given that I carefully followed the instructions, it concerned me that it could be a quality problem. However, the folks at Meteor were great about sending a replacement which just arrived today. I am very eager to get back at the grill and eventually try baking some bread."

Review 2 for Bull Ceramic 19" Kamado Grill w/Cart
Date:September 27, 2010
best oven/smoker/grill in the world
Pros: no brainer/ easy to use
"We purchased our Bull Kamado in early May and have been using it all summer: Smoked beer can ckicken, pizza, steaks, wings. I can't get over the versatility of this piece of equipment we purchased. It almost makes our outdoor kitchen grill (that we also got at Costco) pale in comparison. We plan to use it throughout the winter and are thinking about using it to make our first SMOKED TURKEY this year. This is the only other item on our Holiday menu that may top the deep fried turkey we have been doing for the past several years. I now bestow on my husband the very deserved title of "Master Griller ". Because it is so user friendly, it does not intimidate even the most novice of barbeque chefs, He loves to put his creative energy into this cooking tool, coming up with creations that impress me and our friends and family. We have a scrapbook of meals we have cooked on this grill, so impressed we are! We love our grill. It was so worth the investment!"
