Absolutely no customer support from manufacturer

"Purchased a set of two 437297.
One was missing the four screws that hold the top of the fixture together..... took two from the other and set them out to charge...
One looks great but the one missing the screws ALSO flickers a bit when lit.
Tried sending 5 emails to the company with NO RESPONSE. And when I went to their website to leave a message (instead of email) I got an email saying to call them so they can 'understand the issue'.....
Buying a second set to return the first (or, in effect, I will keep the best 2 of 4)
Unnecessary. Makes you wonder how good their two year warranty is if you cannot get them to address a problem immediately after purchase."

Subtle Elegance
Pros: smple installation, an elegant addition to the fence.
Cons: even with 2 leds the lights are not very bright, the lights have never lasted 12 hrs as promised, a bit expensive although costco's price is best, they are a good long-term investment.
