Perfect Repalacement for Wasteful RO
Pros: no wasted water., no gurgling noise., constant good water pressure, easy to install.
Cons: avoid using the plastic valve that is supplied.

"I was getting tired of wasting water with my R.O. system. Also, the constant gurgling noise from the R.O. was driving us crazy. I tried many possible fixes, to no avail. The third issue with an R.O. is the limited supply of fresh water available. Fill the coffee pot and the pressure dropped for hours. With that said, I looked for a multistage filter system and purchased the UF3. Thus far, love the system. Easy to install (and I am no expert). I did not use the plastic fittings that came with the system. Rather, I installed a dual outlet shut off, using one outlet for the kitchen faucet and the second for this filter system. Worked great. Just received my first water bill since install and it was down considerably. It will, obviously, take several months of tracking usage, but if this is any indicator, I am very pleased."

missing parts
"This product sucks so far. Two parts are missing in the faucet parts.
When the customer service answered after a long wait, he was quick to order new parts. When arrived they are wrong parts. Totally frustrated with the product right now."

Customer Service could be better
Pros: good tasting water, changing filter is very easy compared to others, faucet looks very good and feels solid
Cons: noise when dispensing water

"I called the company to discuss the moaning noise after a certain amount of water is dispensed. The two people I talked to at Watts Premier sounded like they were doing a big favor talking to me. They have a little pressure reducer which gets rid of the moaning noise but creates a different type of noise which continues whether you are dispensing water or not, so I rather live with the brief moaning noise. Costco only sells the brushed steel faucet so the receptionist at Watts Premier was very friendly and did what she promised - exchange the faucet for a chrome one. This company could spend some time engineering that noise out of this RO system if they wanted to. Also the company they recommended for installation sent an installer that did the opposite of what I asked, which was to center the faucet in the hole. So I had to patch the hole that was exposed with caulk so water would not fall into the hole and down into the cabinet. The filter itself works great for me but I only gave it two stars because the company needs to improve on a few areas."

Space saver design
Pros: sleek easy installation space saver, water taste good.
Cons: expensive replacement filters.

"I bought UF3 last month. To replace premier RO System with tank. It is very easy to install. I liked it as it is sleek and work very good. My old RO system tank was taking all the space under the sink broke base board and damaged water valve. Tank need air pressure to maintain water flow. Only thing I don't like UF3 filter are expensive then my old RO Water system."

Premier UF3 3-stage Ultra Filtration System

"I love this system. I replace a kitchen faucet that had a sprayer; so I had an extra hole. This product fits perfectly in the hole and does not take up a lot of room under the sink. While I did not install it myself, my handy man installed it in 20 minutes. I use it in my Kuerig, and notice a big difference in the taste of my coffe."

Part is easy to broken when you install
Cons: not recommend at all, not worth for this price

"I just brought this product from Costco online and arrived on 09/07.2012. When I installed, the part known as Plastic Adapt-a-Value with black collet was broken when screwed with the Brass Adapter no washer. It's a plastic so the screw is very easy to loose and not way to make it work. The water start to leaking under the sink. the product is terrible. Don't use this product at all."

"This is the second one of these I've bought and installed. It's a great filter; the water tastes so much better and the ice actually comes out of the trays easier.
Installation is very simple, and took less than 1/2 hour."

Great Filtering System, Good Price

"We are very pleased with this water filter system. The water tastes great and the filters are exceptionally easy to change (I tested this after installation). The actual faucet looks nice and is made of brushed nickel. It matches all our main stainless steel faucet.
Because there were several people reviewing this system who had difficulty with the installation, we had a professional plumber do it. For him it was easy and took only 30 minutes. However, you should know that the valve the company includes is made for an under the sink layout that has NEVER had a filtration system before. Since we already had a "split" off our main cold water incoming water pipe (for the old system), the valve the company sent us wasn't appropriate and the plumber had to rig a new connection. But it all worked out and we are very pleased."

Best filtration for tight space

"We were trying to decide what is best water filtration system for a very tight space under our kitchen sink. If you are wondering about the same issues then look no further. The premier UF3 3-stage is the best out there! The installation was relatively easy. I downloaded the manual on the web to aid the installation. The filtered water tastes good and it's better than Brita filtration system. I cannot compare with the reverse osmosis system as I don't have any experience with it. Collectively, this system rocks and I'd say bravo to Costco for selling another good one."

"This is a good filter, doesn't take a lot of place, has powerful stream. The water has neutral taste.
Overall easy to install, however the pictures in the manual has very poor quality pictures. I would strongly recommend to the manufacturer to make'em better, b/c to the person without experience it might be difficult to install.
Also, the amount of water to let run until its drinkable, is more than 3 gallons, as described in the manual."

Better than RO
"For 10 years I've had an RO filter for drinking water and ice. I've recently been involved in water treatment research and learned that for 99% of the population, ultrafiltration is just fine. Better water pressure. Less wasted water. Taste is not the same as RO, but still good."

Water does not taste good
"I bought this system thinking it will improve the water quality and taste, but I guess it did not. Maybe the water quality in East Bay is so bad that these filters are unable to do much to improve the quality or taste. However, the water bought from dispensers at thelocal grocery stores taste much better when compared with this model."

worst product ever!!!

Cons: products leaks internally all the time!!!, horrible instructions
"Instructions was very vague, but was able to installed it pretty easy. it started to leaked internally every time you start using the darn thing. it would go on all day and night unless you turn the water valve complete off under the sink. you can hear the water draining. exchange it twice and the same thing happens. my sister also had it installed at her house and it also leaks. she exchanged it a couple of times too and the same thing happens. Googled it and a lot of people had the same problem as well. don't buy this product...."

Compact and Easy to Install

"We bought this system because we had a high LEAD count in our well water (21.0) after installing this system our lead count is less than 1.0. I would recommend this system to anyone that wants clean drinking water; it was very easy to install and very well priced."
