AFT/Finally ...

Pros: good heating, perfect party planner, see through glass covers
Cons: no safety - on light, flimsy (glass) pot covers
Model Number: Crockpot Trio - 3Quarts Each
" Had been waiting for this since last year/2009 ... guy at Costco said they "go fast" once they come in. Picked up (1) set - almost tempted to pick up a 2nd as backup :-) just in case. Cooked on it tonight for the first time - LOVE it - everything looks good - uniform heat - like the three SEPERATE controls - have seen others with only ONE for all three *phoey*. My ONLY wish - they should have designed in a LIGHT to indicate it is ON - especially with black knobs on black background - hard to see knob position - NEXT design SHOULD INCLUDE A UNIT ON RED LIGHT - maybe then I'll buy that extra/backup unit *wink* :-) :-) :-) "

Great Buy!!

Cons: the online price is $10 more than in the store...
" I purchased this item because I have a lot of get togethers at my home. I decided to make nachos, one pot had the cheese, one had beans and the last one for the meat. It was so convenient and easy!! If you regularly host parties, buy this crockpot! I can't wait to use it for the holidays. :) "

Love It!!!

Pros: can cook all my meals in one convienent place, cooks rather evenly, great for families, perfect for entertaining
Cons: heats fast becareful not to scorch
" It's great for parties, but even better for dinner for my busy family. We all have different schedules. In one, I cook a roast, in another I place the red potatoes and in the final one I cook my green bean casserole. It's so easy, I leave it on low and my family has a love meal that fits in to anyone's schedule "

Big help at Thanksiving!!!

Pros: 3 units is definitely more useful than one
" I purchased the display model of this Crock Pot Trio, without the booklet or original box. It was the last one at our local Costco. I really wanted to have it for Thanksgiving. I used it without reading any instructions. It was a HUGE help and timesaver with my Thanksgiving Dinner. I undercooked the stuffing, mashed potatoes and carrots and then placed them in each of the three containers and set them on warm or low. Everything was cooked and hot. Nothing burned. This unit also allowed me to clean up ahead of time. I'm so glad I purchased this unit. It will be a huge timesaver for future parties. I will also be purchasing a Trio for a Christmas gift. Great price too. "

Huge Disappointiment

" I bought this Trio Cook and Serve with the hopes of it helping me out with the holidays. Good thing I gave it a test-run first during another party. I made barbecued sausages, meatballs, and a cheesy Mexican dip in the unit. I cooked them all as the recipes suggested, and then turned them each to warm. At the end of the night, they were each boiling and scorched around the sides and bottom, and all my appetizers had to be thrown left-overs. I have a similar problem with my regular-size slow cooker that is the Crock Pot matter what the setting, the contents always boils or burns. That slow cooker gathers dust in my basement, and now this Trio Cook and Serve is going back to Costco. Thank goodness for their forgiving return policy! "
