Very good choice

Pros: sound, key touch/response, look and finish, lots of features and voices
Cons: legs could be better, bench poor
Model Number: MDG-100
"This is a very good choice among digital pianos. It provides a good value - the tone is very good as is the touch. Perhaps slightly upgraded speakers could improve the upper range sound but overall very satisfied. It's an attractive piano, much more so than I expected actually.
Construction of the body seems very good as is the finish. The legs however could be improved upon and the bench is pretty much an afterthought.
Feature rich which will provide a lot of musical opportunity as learners progress. Overall very glad with this choice and looked at quite a few.
It is heavy so if you plan to set this up yourself be aware of that."

Too many problems

Pros: looks
Cons: quality, stability
Model Number: MDG-100
"We purchased this piano 2 months ago and have been dealing with Suzuki's warranty department ever since. So far we had to exchange three speakers. The biggest problem though is that it will switch instruments when hitting certain keys. We had the CPU board switched without success and at this point Suzuki is still trying to figure out what the actual problem is. To this point we haven't been able to play this piano. It does look good though. If it would't be so difficult to transport once assembled, it would have been returned by now. In addition, like I said it is heavy and the legs don't feel like the most stable ones."

Don't buy this

"We purchased this piano in January. 3 months later it will not power on. We called Suzuki about the issue. Their response was that they would have someone out to fix it within two weeks! We have followed up with them on three occasions now, and it still has not been fixed."

great!

Pros: nice touch for a digital piano
"this is fun for the money.
it is a good looking piece and plays
well.
the "touch" is similar to a real piano which I wanted for my kids practicing. the pedals are great.
this piano was a great compromise. I did not want to commit to/invest in a regular piano.
I do not know if the kids are going to play for
another 1 year r 5 years...
I still wanted a nice piece for the living room.
this is great.

Fits our needs

"I've been looking for a digital piano for about five years. This is exactly what I was hoping for. I really enjoy the sound and touch. And my kids (5 and 8) are excited about practicing. I wanted something budget friendly, but still had a great sound. This is a perfect fit for us."
