Disappointed
Pros: the size of the nightstands, the color of the finish
Cons: quality of the veneer, arrived damaged, the draw slides are crummy
"We're somewhat disappointed with the quality of the furniture. The White Glove delivery people were FANTASTIC and immediately pointed out that we should not accept delivery of the Chest which already had a gouge taken out of it. So we're waiting. We like the size of the nightstands--they are tall. I don't like the bottom mounted drawer slides--i miss our old side mounted slides already. I doubt we'll keep the furniture longer the 5 years"

Design Problems

"This queen size bedroom set is beautifully made with two design problems. The nightstand is too wide, much bigger than normal night stand. You will need a very large bedroom in order to have one nightstand on each side the bed. Since this bed does not have foot board, the bed frame itself sticking out at foot of the bed, one can easily bump into the sticking out piece and hurt oneself. Poorly designed. Because I had one damaged piece, it took twice as long to get all the pieces. I do not have mirror problem. the delivery team installed correctly for me. I am much happier with the second delivery team than the first. Very professional."

under expectation; Mirror can't stand straight
Pros: delivery service is really good t
Cons: mirror can't stand straight after installation, the knobs are a little cheap., bed headboard is a little shaky.
