Poor design

"I wanted to buy 16 of these for our conference room. I bought one and returned it. The quality of materails was very good, but the chair is very uncomfortable. The angle on the back is far too upright and almost leans forward. Everyone in our office felt it was uncomfortable. Also, the back support is not adjustable, so it was returned to Costco."
