Bed Buddy® products contain 100% natural materials, require no water, can be used hot or cold, and are reusable. The Bed Buddy® Body Wrap is designed for treatment of neck, shoulder, arm, leg, knee, and back pain. It also helps relieve stomach cramps, tired aching hands and feet, and provides relief for nursing mothers. The hook and loop closure helps to secure the Body Wrap comfortably in various positions on the body. For Heat Therapy: The Bed Buddy® Body Wrap will stay warm for approximately 45-60 minutes.* The suggested usage time for heat therapy is 30 minutes of heat application followed by 30 minutes of rest. After 30 minutes, the blood flow increase diminishes, making the heat less effective. For Cold Therapy: When chilled in the freezer overnight, the Bed Buddy® Body Wrap will stay cool for 20-30 minutes.* The suggested usage time for cold therapy is 20 minutes of applying the cold therapy and 20 minutes of rest. Do NOT use convection function on your microwave. For your safety, Do NOT overheat; note that microwave heating times will vary. Always touch-test by shifting contents to check for hot spots before use. If more heat is required, continue microwaving in 15 second intervals. Do NOT exceed 2 minutes of total heating time.
