Good While it Lasted

"The TFX worked well for a year and then died. It was good while it worked, but it seems to me that it should work for more than just a year."

Pros: cost, touchless
Cons: foam refill little costly
"I have three of these dispensers in my office. Needless to say they are used heavly. I have found them to be very reliable. I am using them with the Foam refill not the gel. I have read the previous review and disagree. The difference could be that the Foam requires less effort to dispense."

Great concept/Poor quality
Cons: stops working very quickly
"These auto no touch dispensers are great, I've used them in many different places (personal use not purchased use), but I've already bought two of them from Costco and both stopped working within a week. We've tried what we can to reset it (changed batteries, removed and replaced the refill bottle) and nothing works. Now I have to look for something else (and it probably will be more expensive)."
