Home Office Desk
Pros: parts to assemble fit together without stress
Cons: assembly manual cryptic.

"Almost perfect except bag of cosmetic parts were missing and assembly manual was so sparse in details that the function of the missing parts weren't immediately clear. There was an 800 number for assistance but it was Friday night with their office closed until Monday. I proceeded with the steps of assemble and when I reached the step where the missing part was needed, it became clear that the part was cosmetic, not needed, and could be added later when the parts were available. This caused my assembly time to be much longer than otherwise needed.
The final results was a desk exactly as I had hoped for, at a very good price."

Much lower quality than expected
"I purchased 2 of these for my home office. One arrived with a broken piece even though the box didn't show signs of being broken. Also, the drawers and part of the base have some paper/iron on vaneer on it and it was coming off of the drawers right out of the box. I thought it was good with the 10 year warrenty but it really seemed like a piece of junk. I was really expecting something of quality and this is just particle board with paper type vaneer on the base. It would have looked broken, used and showing particle board in just a few hours of use."
