"This bookcase is very well made. It comes with all the hardware. I would recommend having an electric screwdriver for assembly. It is heavy and durable."

Bookcase seems ok, Manufacturer support is awful
Pros: seems like good quality
Cons: extremely poor manufacturer support
"The quality of the bookcase boards seems very nice, but the board for the very top of the bookcase had a very noticeable 10-inch line under the finish. So clearly a manufacturing defect, but when I called the manufacturer's 800 number to see about getting a replacement for that piece, I got transferred around and finally talked to one of most unhelpful customer service reps who didn't believe that was possible and would not commit to doing anything to fix it. I called Costco customer service directly and of course had excellent resolution to my problem."
