Directions:
For best results this product needs to be taken connsistently at the recommended serving size. For the first two weeks, take two (2) tablets twice a day with food (four (4) tablets daily).
After the two week loading phase, take two (2) tablets once a day with food.

Not Sure Product Works
"I have been using the product as directed since March 13,2013 which is less than 3 weeks. At this time I do not seem to be getting relief from joint pain, but I will continue to use until the pills are gone and then decide whether re-order."

"I was having pain in one knee that was pretty severe. Then the second knee started up and at times I found it painful to walk. Getting up from a sitting position I would have to let my legs adjust before getting my stride. I read the reviews on the product and it was rated highly. Frankly the reviews often determine whether I'll even try the product. This proved to be an excellent purchase. After 5 days I could really feel a difference in the pain and my mobility. And the Costco value is certainly there. You would pay as much or more for half the amount you get with Costco from another store."

"I injured my knee taking a tumble while hiking in the Colorado mountains 3 months ago. I am a marathon runner and was having a difficult time training because of my knee injury. I decided to give Move Free a try 10 days ago. I did 10 days of the loading phase instead of only 7. I will begin the 1 pill twice a day regimen today. My knee pain has completely diminshed. I ran 6 miles this morning completely pain free. I should have tried this treatment earlier."

"I have suffered from Osteo arthritis for many years. I find that Schiff Move Free with it's Glucosamine & Chondroitin, plus other beneficial ingredients work well taken 1 tablet 2x a day. Fantastic Product
"I am now 68 years old and had very bad arthritis five years ago. I was taking Celebrex which gave me a "mini" stroke also call a "TIA". I heard about Schiff Move Free Advanced Triple Strength and started taking it after my "TIA". It has made such a difference that I actuall have NO arthritis symptoms what so ever. This is the first supplement that I've ever taken where I can actually say that it works as advertyised. I'll continue taking it forever."

Keeps me moving & active!
"I'm a 49 y/o over weight active woman with arthritis in spine and joint pain. I run my dogs in agility practice and competition, garden, and ride my horses so you have an idea of how I choose to use/abuse my body. I learned of the ingredient hyaluronic acid as a supplement for dogs and horses via the product Cetyl M. I used that with a 15 year old dog with severe spinal arthritis and was amazed at the improvement that allowed her to run and play again. This gave her another 18 months of activity. My vet also shared a study with me showing the long term use and benefits with dogs is even greater when started while the dog is young. Ergo if this is good enough for my beloved pets who aren't going to show a placebo effect I was open to trying it myself. I found a human product that produces similar results for myself for the past 2 years. I use this daily and find myself with greater mobility and less pain and recommend it to my friends and family."

Great Joint Lubricant
"I've used this product for several years. I have arthritis in my knees with cartilage deterioration. This product does not work on everyone. Even a doctor will tell you that. But it does an excellent job for my wife and I. Basically, it reduces the cracking/creaking of your joints (which causes pain) by lubricating the bone-on-bone friction as you get older. Normally, it takes at least 2 weeks for results, so don't get discouraged in the short term. It doesn't work overnight."

It works for me
"I started taking this product about 8 weeks before a 3-week hiking trip, as both hip joints and both knees hurt on every step, even when NOT hauling myself up a mountain. I did not have any pain whatsover after the short break-in period, and my hikes were very successful. After hiking, came home, stopped taking and WHAMO, the joints were back aching within days. Needless to say, I am back on the product."

It works for me
Pros: not expensive
"I play tennis 5 days a week and at 62 years old I was feeling pain in my knees, feet and back. I started taking these pills a few months ago and I really do feel better. Now I can play 2 - 3 hours a day and still get out of bed in the morning. I still have some pain but not as severe. These pills may not work for everyone, but it's worth a try."

Excellent for Knee joint Pain

"I'm in the 50's, do work outs hiking etc. I have had knee pains off and onn for a while. Took NSID's, then got MSM/Condrotin - that worked ok - relieved me of intial pain. Later somebody told me about Celadrin that it's much better thanthe MSM- triple Flex, so I took that for a while, but didn't feel much improvement. Then I bought this product Move Free, Advanced, and noticed significant improvement within 2 weeks. Recommended to a number of people, and they had mentioned about similar improvements."

Excellent product!
"I've been taking Move Free for about 5 yrs. I work out at the gym 3-4 days a week, without pain in my knees because of it. I can tell if I forget to take it for a couple of days. What most don't realize is you have to give glucosamine about 3 weeks of continous use before you get the effect and relief of pain. I'm a nurse (not that that bears any weight here) but do know this product really helps and I would recommend.."

Pros: only two per day & coating makes it easy to take
"I have arthritis in my back. I am very active and used to take over the counter anit-inflammatories. I started using this product several years ago and don't use the anit-inflams anymore. I still have some back pain but it is so little that I really don't think about it anymore. The difference in my life has been quite dramatic. As I read other people's reports I was sorry to see that it does not work for everyone. Either it works or it doesn't. Perhaps this might be due to some internal cause which affects one's ability or not to process and absorb the product's benefits. Another issue might be the source of the pain e.g. arthritis or a damaged joint due to sports. It is certainly worth trying but I believe that you must give it some time in order to determine if it works for you. Years ago, my pain did not just suddenly go away. It faded over a period of months to the point where I forgot about it."

Cons: need smaller packages for single people
"I had been taking this for several months & stopped taking it at Thanksgiving to try a natural product. I was in so much pain after stopping this I could barely drive or sit up. As soon as I got back home after being off this for 10 days within a week I had less pain. My pain management doctor said he likes this product. I know there is controversy on the usefulness but I think it helps severe pain more than moderate pain. Doesn't work like a pain killer but I've had to take less Excedrin, etc. when taking this."

It works well.
"I originally bought this product for my golden retriever who has level 3 hip displasia, as he had great difficulty getting up and moving. My vet recommended it and within one week, he was moving so much better. He can get up fairly well and has minimal trouble walking. On a scale 1-10 and 10 being best, I'd give his change in mobility a 8. Now I started taking them for my pelvis pain and too found relief. It worked for us."

"I did not get any pain relief from these pills. My shoulder still hurts when I raise it up to the side. I took the whole bottle just as recommended. I am not happy that these pills did not work."
