"We bought this the day before a going away party, no problem, we are good at putting things together. What a disaster! Wrong directions, screws missing, parts bent, screws holes misaligned! We tried to make it work & just couldn't. Guests ended up wearing coats! Probably worst product in 20 years of shopping at Costco."

works just fine
Pros: great buy
"This heater works well, heats up my new patio real fast, once you figure out how to light it. So far showed no problem and looks good in Stainless Steel. My only con is it hard to figure out where the pilot flame is."

"Lot's of problems with lighting and staying lit. Lot's of returns to the warehouse. Stay away from Nexgrill products from Costco."

BLOWOUT ISSUES
Model Number: Nexgrill 920-0049
"I bought this unit sinse it appeared to be higher quality and cost more. Costco usually checks products out before adding to their line of goods. Assembly was quite easy, took a hour or so, however after taking it to the patio and lighting it I was very disappointed. While it lite fine, a breeze of just a few miles per hour or a small gust easily extinguished the flame. I placed a full tank of propane, check everything, works well with no breeze, however easily blows out. The wind screen simply doesn't do a good job. I may ask for our money back, however time and freight costs are never recovered. Dashed expectations make for a disapointing Mothers Day Gift."
