Tasty, but........
Pros: good vinegar taste, pork was delicious and very juicy
Cons: there needed to be bigger pieces of meat.
"The taste is good because I love good North Carolina BBQ. However, it is not the texture of great pulled pork (like the Kirkland brand). There weren't many chunks of pork, most was kind of mushy. Also, I didn't like seeing some parts that should have been thrown out, like a big piece of a vein. Also, there was too much juice, although the juice was tasty.The vinegar taste was spot-on. It was delivered in two days, and I felt it was good value for the money since shipping was included. It's easy to thaw for a quick meal, and very tasty."

Cons: arrives co but sets over 24 hrs before delivery, costco should change delivery co., they let it set in co over 24hrs not acceptabl

"I sent this as a gift for my daughter's family. She said it was wonderful, full of flavor, easy to prepare and a great sauce. Now I want to order some for myself!"

Excellent
"This stuff is gooooood! I ordered this for myself. I got tired of my continual disappointment with the pulled pork sandwiches offered at our local eateries. Wow oh wow did this fit the bill!
Could not be any easier to prepare, 4 minutes in the microwave. I put it on two pieces of white buttered toast, and a generous slather of mayo on both sides. One slice of swiss cheese, and holy moly. Super tender, smokey taste with a little Carolina zing. Tonight, I'm going to try it with an order of cole slaw from KFC. I can't wait!"

Great BBQ!
"Ordered this for a party and it was great! Comes in 1lb pkgs so you can use as much or as little as you need. Great flavor! I put out several different types of sauce for those who wanted to add sauce and it worked perfectly. I would definitely order this again. Excellent food and you can't beat the price."
