It has PORK and tastes horrible!
"I really should have read the reviews. When it arrived, it was frozen and ready to prepare. Just as I was about to try it all out, I discovered that there was pork in each one. I don't eat pork, and I thought I was trying duck, venison and wild boar. I decided to try them anyway out of curiosity. I was horrified over the taste, and I gave the rest to friends and neighbors to try. They all told me to never give them this garbage again. There is only a comparison to pork, but nothing that allowed me to make an informative decision. Because my friends, neighbors, and I all wanted to try these, I could not get my money back, so, a word to the wise, don't waste your money. On a scale of 0 to 10, 10 being spectacular, I honestly give this garbage a minus 100. I also can't be totally honest because the language is not permissible here."

Total Waste Of Money
"My brother and his friend make game sausage all the time. I figured this would make a good Christmas Gift for him-had it sent to him. He informed me today he tried one of each kind of sausage and asked me never to purchase this for him again. He said he didn't like any of them and asked me if I wanted them back. We don't eat sausage. Total Waste of Money. Usually we are very happy with Costco Choices of food products but this one was a bust."

"Sausages are small buy yummy. It's an interesting treat...great conversation topic. They came well packaged - styrofoam container with dry ice. Great find."

Almost perfect
"The sausage was a hit except for part of the order had already dethawed when they opened the package. Nothing to do with the product just one of those things that happens. They really enjoyed the product and were able the put the frozen packages in the freezer for later use. Thanks"

Great Stuff!
"I have bought some D'Artagnan products before and it is always consistent and delicious. These sausages were no exception. I made them at home for my wife and I and we tried all 3 flavors. They are all very tasty and our favorite was the Duck sausage. I would buy again."

Tasty Sausages But the Ad is Misleading

"My wife and I have enjoyed the taste of the sausages, but were disappointed to find out that the duck and venison sausages have pork in them. We were looking for a product that was made completely from wild game. The Costco ad never mentions pork as a main ingredient. Costco should correct this error."

"I tried cooking these things every which way- on the grill, in the oven, boiled and was consistently underwhelmed. For the price, these are a waste."

Very, very tasty
"Of the D'Artagnan Variety Pack, the wild boar sausage is my favorite, but the venison and canard sausage is also very good. We served our first packages with pasta and it was fantastic."

"A great assortment of game sausages each kind is unique and flavorful.
I love the venison and cherry best but the duck and the boar sausages are also excellent. The link portions look small but turned out to be sufficient. We offered a assortment to guests and they were a huge hit."

YUM!
"These are the most interesting and flavorful sausages I've ever had. Each one was so unique and not like anything I've had before. Since these are just for my husband and me, we store them in our deep freezer and just defrost before grilling them - and I do recommend grilling because the fat content is high, and this way the fat can drip off. There are 4 sausages per pack."

"I can't get over how fantastic these are. We picked these up on the hopes that they would be as good as we imagined they would be.
We were not disappointed! Excellent, each in their own way. I can't decide which one was best.
We were happy to discover that they were the right size to fit in a hot dog bun."
