Only buy this at Costco due to return policy
Pros: convenient, fast, good taste
Cons: unreliable
"We are on our third Keurig, all bought at Costco. The second and third machines were bought after returning a defective machine. Keurig machines are great to use, but don't stand up to normal use, so without Costco's excellent return policy, we would be very unhappy. I hope Costco is making good money on the pods we buy or is getting reimbursed by Keurig."

Scale is not the problem
Pros: i really liked it when it worked
Cons: defective solenoid causes air pump to seize

"The reason my unit didn't last is due to a leaky solenoid inside. Water dripped on the motor that drives the air pump causing it to corrode and seize. If you'll do enough research you'll find multiple people reporting this who have disassembled machine to research. There's a 1 1/2 hour set of videos on YouTube that tell how to fix it but it isn't easy. If you remove bottom of unit and see water stains on the side with the reservoir, this is your problem!"

Buyer Beware
Pros: great when it worked
Cons: should last more than two years

"Had maker for just under two years; took care of it according to owner's manual; was the best @ home coffee maker ever until the dreaded "Prime" message popped up; stopped taking in water from the reservoir; Keurig's customer service was very accessible & friendly, however, could not resolve my issue other than declaring the maker defective & offering me a non-warranty replacement for $117; I didn't ask if that included s&h; I will go back to an old-school coffee pot maker; you spend too much $ on the K-Cups as it is to risk spending $300+ on coffee makers every three+ years; also, I researched repair options, and couldn't find anybody willing to fix them, including Keurig."

Great coffee
Pros: great tasting coffee
Cons: k-cups are more expensive than ground coffee
"Makes great coffee. Lots of extras included. No messy grounds to deal with. Although it doesn't replace our full size coffee maker we'll use it daily. It produces a decent cup when we've used the My K-cup reuseabe filter with our regular ground coffee."

Prefect for me.
Pros: fast brew. easy to setup and use.
Cons: plastic handle instead of metal.

"I've been shopping around for K-cup coffee maker for awhile now and decided on this unit. Costco version included extras such as sample coffee and the "My K-Cup" which lets you brew your own. I've used different versions of Keurig over the years at the office and now want one for the home. Also, it included a charcoal water filter. Don't think I'd need it since I always use bottled / filtered water.
Bought it and took it home. Hooked it up and works fine. There is one thing I've noticed in the latest batch is that Keurig decided to use plastic for the handle instead of the usual metal. Now mind you this is a high end model so it should be the best with best materials in manufacturing. Although I wasn't too happy with this change but considering Costco's unbeatable exchange / returns policy I will use it and if it breaks I will just swap it for another one. The plastic handle may work just fine as it does not need alot of force to close. I just prefer it to be metal."

Love Kreuig products

"Love the products, but I have had two Kreuig, one that came out several years ago and the B 70 I got from Costcos. They do not get the water hot enough to brew good tasting coffee. The B70 has a temp adjustment but it did not get hot enough for brewing."

"Well like many others my machine died and went into "Prime" mode. Only lasted 80 days or so. I'll try another due to Costcos superb customer service. If this one goes early I'm done with Keurig."

I did the usual for going to the mall looking for the best buy, only to have to return 2 of these coffee makers, 1 missing a tank, 2. had been used and scared. Then the lightbulb went off in my head: Look at Costco on line. The product, delivery, and EXTRAS were beyond my expectations. Don't waste gas and time going to the mall. If they don't have it in the warehouse, go on line. Coscto has no competetion, so don't try and find it cheaper, because you won't find a better deal with more samples plus the adapter that everyone else was charging up to $20 bucks more. LOVE IT!"

"Although we brew a large pot of freshly ground coffee almost every morning, my husband and I enjoy the convenience of making single cup servings of coffee, tea, cocoa, later in the day while working in our home office or relaxing. It's also great for brewing a cup of decaf for those who prefer it. The sample K cups that came with the shipment gave us a chance to find some that we prefer over others."

Great Price & Lots of Extras!
Pros: no more coffee waste, no more coffee supplies (filters grinder etc...), no more mess to clean, one less thing to do, adjustable temperature, adjustable cup size, turns on/off at a time that fits your lifestyle, convenient, worth the added expense

"I shopped around before buying this brewing system. With all of the extras at such a great price it was a no brainer. We have had ours 3 months now and still love it. We set the timer to heat the water at 5AM and it turns off at about 9:30AM daily."

Awesome machine
Pros: fast coffee, convienient auto-on timer
Cons: k-cup price
"We own two of these machines (one for home, one for the office) and use both heavily. Although one had trouble about six months in to its lifetime, Costco took the return painlessly and we've replaced the machine with another that is working great now. Our other machine has been working flawlessly for a couple years. Overall, this machine has been the best appliance we've bought in the last few years, bar none. The only downside is the K-cups are a little pricey if you don't use your own coffee and the "My K-Cup" -- but such is the price of convenience!"
