"My middle schooler had one for two years until a zipper broke; no problem with a lifetime warranty. No other backpack he has used ever lasted more than a year.
Plenty of small pockets for misc stuff.

So far so good!
"This backpack has numerous pockets and places to put things. It is constructged well and is holding up to being fully packed by a 9th grade boy. When I placed the order Costco's site said it was on backorder with no ship date. The backpack arrived within a week."

a little too big for me
Pros: sturdy, large capacity
"This is a very nice pack. Lots of space and divisions and zippered places to organize and store things. It was just too big for daily commuting back and forth on the train to work. It would be a great pack for travel."

Excellent Product and Supreme Value!
Pros: ergonomics, form/fit/function excellent, lifetime warranty, added value sleeve!!!, size/weight ratio, little touches that matter
Cons: none related to the actual backpack or sleeve, this is built for a macbook pro 15.4" not 15.6"

"Costco has done it yet again! Providing a fantastic product(s) with AMAZING value to the consumer.
Over the years I've gone through many a briefcase and backpack and although found a couple I really liked, nothing that was made for the long haul. A colleague turned me on to Brenthaven for the quality of build and lifetime warranty which the company actually stands by. I was going to buy this exact pack from Brenthaven direct and thought - let me check out Costco. With the price of the pack and added sleeve I saved over $80 compared to a direct purchase.
Both the backpack and sleeve are top-notch products and you can feel the quality right away. The pack is so well designed that there is a place for everything and features such as the helmet holder stash away nicely when not in use. The comfort of the back is amazing compared to ANY other pack I've ever used. The sleeve cradles my 15.4" MacBook Pro perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality pack of this size. Sleeve = Super Bonus!"

Not everything it claims to be
Pros: lots of pockets, tons of room
Cons: barely fits a 15.4 think pad, extra case on good for a thin 15" laptop

I love it!
Pros: holds a huge amount with the expanding file, padded shoulder straps, everything has a compartment! easy to find things, excellent laptop protection
Cons: i don't need or use the extra laptop sleeve
"Well built, multiple compartments, a HUGE improvement over the big fat rolling briefcase I was using before. I can either wear it or put it on my bike luggage carrier."
