Great product
"My advice is to take this product consistently for at least 3 months to be able to notice the results. Although I have not lost much weight (but impressively maintained it eventhough I have not been too strict with my diet) my measurements have reduced dramatically, dropped 1 size effortlessly. Not to mention the energy it gives me. After doing some research this product seems to be the most natural fat burner out there."

"Like the previous reviewer, I got these hoping I would lose a little weight. They didn't help with that, but they do make me feel more alert, yet not jittery. I've substituted 5 dollar starbucks with 2 capsules in the morning, cha-ching. I will keep purchasing this product."

A good product!
Pros: doesnt cause sluggishness, curbs overeating
Cons: will have to watch your caffeine intake.
"I tried these soft gels so that I could get a little help with losing the extra 20 lbs of babyweight. But this product didnt do anything for my weight. But since I started using it, it really maintains my energy levels and somehow I dont snack at all. I eat only when I'm truly hungry and that has maintained my weight. The only trouble I'm having is insomnia, when I take the afternoon dose. That must be because I'm sensitive to caffeine.So now I take only the AM dose and all is well. Overall, eventhough I bought it for another purpose, I'm going to keep using it to maintain my weight and energy levels."
