lives up to its expectations
Cons: arm supports are too low.

"This chair is ideal if firm support is needed. The mesh back feel good on the back and breathes well. As a Builder, this chair has excellent hardware."

Great, sturdy chair at a good price
Pros: sturdy comfortable, easy and quick to put together
Cons: arm height is fixed not adjustable, lumbar support is not adjustable
"This is a good value and a comfortable, sturdy chair. At the same time I purchased this, I also got a similar chair for my teenage son from an office supply store, and it looked the same. But when we put them together we could see this one was much better quality, with thicker metal and bigger bolts - just more solidly built.
It arrived in good shape, BUT the box was missing the bag with all the nuts and bolts you need to put it together. I called customer service and they agreed to send one out - regular mail. Then I told them I needed it right away, and to my amazement, it arrived the next day! It was a snap to put the chair together.
For me personally (a 5'9' woman), the lumbar support is about 4' too high, so unfortunately I have to use a pillow to avoid back/hip pain. Also, the arm height is fixed. It is in a relatively low position, so that works for me, but some might find it too low."

Comfy, Well-built & Priced-right
Pros: excellent comfort especially good lumbar support, simple & easy to use, solid construction, excellent price!!!
Cons: hydrolic arm grip seems cheap
"Great chairs overall. Easy-assembly. Sturdy for the money. EXTREMELY comfortable backing. The seat cushions are rock-hard out-of-the-box, but with a little time they'll be much more comfortable as they have what seems like a solid 2" thick seat cushion was tough material that would wear well.
Since we purchased 18 at once, we don't know yet if all will hold up uniformly -- will report back if not."

Easy to assemble, comfortable to use

"Costco delivered the chair promptly. It came with complete, easily understandable instructions for assembly. The only tool needed that was not included was a screw driver. It took this senior about 15-20 minutes to fully assemble. It is very comfortable. I appreciate its ergonomic design and my wife likes its appearance."
