"Great delivery, love the styling ,finish and backed by costco and lifestyles solutions. Footboard was damaged so the delivery agent had to reorder a new footboard. New footboard ordered was also damaged Another new footboard should arrive soon.
I would have given 5 star rating if not for the footboard issues."

Not very impressed
Pros: the color is nice.
Cons: drawers do not have side mount hardware

"We received the bed set yesterday. The headboard came with some manufacturing defect (as if the wood was scratched in the top left corner) and no hardware to screw the bed slats to the frame. The installers used some spare screws they had in their truck.
I do not like the center slide on the drawers. The drawers do not function smoothly because of that and you can feel the friction as the drawers are pulled out. I would want drawers with side mount hardware and full extension slides. They do say that the slides are center mounted but I did not realize they would feel so hard to use. Overall, not impressed!"

Love it!
"Arrived 12 days from the date of order! It looks beautiful and fits our new mattresses perfectly! The drawers are not as smooth-gliding as we would like, but it is functional, especially at the unbeatable price! Delivery and customer service were outstanding!"

"we love this bedroom set. It took 4 weeks to receive it from the time we put the order. The bedroom set looks very nice and has good quality, better than the picture. We had no problem to fit our king size mattress. The delivery people were quick and professional, the furnitures were well taken care of during the shipping. Excellent buy at this price."

Beware of sizing
Pros: look of the set, finish looks tought to scratch, all the items are sturdy except for bed sides, costco service
Cons: drawers mechanics is not smooth, bed is exactly 76" and may not fit mattress, furniture support not helpful

"Our previous experience with Costco furniture was good and we love this set from the web site so we ordered a set. The quality and look of the Headboard, dresser and night stand is great. The drawers does not slide as smoothly as I would like. The drawers are on one bottom roller not two side rollers in higher end products. The sides of the bed and the bed slats were flimsy but acceptable. The biggest problem was that the bed did not fit our mattress set. An eastern king size mattress is 76". This bed is exactly 76" in width. I went to the local furniture store and all three king beds could accomodate a mattress 77.5-78" in width.Called the furniture service number (not Costco) and was told a standard eastern king mattress is 76" so the bed is fine?? Also they could not recommend any fix or a different set that may fit. Went to the mattress store and most mattress sets were a bit over 76" like mine. Hard to believe the manufacturer did not build this with an inch or two extra width. I thought about buying a new foundation but could not chance it not fitting as a king foundation is two Twin XL listed (2x39"x80") at 78" in width but in reality is a bit narrower from actual measuring. I am sure some mattress sets may fit snugly but sadly I had to return my set. Costco service was top notch as usual."
