All orders must be placed by 11:00 A.M. (PST) for Next Day Delivery Service. All orders placed after 11:00 A.M. will be delivered the following day. Saturday, Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available. Orders placed after 11:00 A.M. on Thursday and before 11:00 A.M. on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Due to the time sensitive delivery date of this product, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

Flowers are shipped pre-arranged in a box (box dimensions: 26" L x 7" W x 6" H) and include vase and flower food.

"The flowers were a real disappointment since they did not survive a week. The flowers in the local warehouse were better quality.

"I usually feel as if I'm rolling the dice when I order flowers. I've spent big $$ before, only to hear (and see via photo) that the flowers were so-so, or didn't last very long.
In a day my order was filled and shipped from Miami, and arrived in Minneapolis the next morning.
These were beautiful. And lasted. Even the nurses in the hospital where my recipient was recuperating commented on their longevity.
Be sure, though, that someone will soon be available to take care of them once delivered. They arrive in a box with no flower stem vials or other hydration."

Disappointed :-(
"Sent these flowers to my parents for their 47th anniversary. My mother felt terrible telling me that the flowers were not fresh when they arrived and not worth whatever I paid for them. The white roses opened but the pink did not. She said they were however packed very well. Costco customer service was great. They offered to have the florist re-send the order, but when they were unable to reach the florist, offered me a refund. Its too bad. I've sent many items from costco.com and this was the first bad experience."

"I love Costco!!! I have always loved costco. However I bought some pink and white roses for a friend on Valentine's day! She loved them and the roses are still growing and doing great and she says all she's doing is watering them!!!"

"Out of all the flowers I've purchased over the years, I will clearly state these were the best quality/value I've seen or had the pleasure in gifting.
I bought these for a special occassion and two weeks later bought them again for Valentines Day. It really made her day to get three dozen roses rather than the normal dozen that all her friends got. If she only knew that I was paying less than her friends boyfriends and husbands."

Not as good as Costco's Valentine Roses
Pros: good price, timely shipped
Cons: not as fresh as flowers shipped from south america
"I have purchased Costco's Valentine Roses a couple of times and have been pleased with the quality and how long they last. Unlike their Valentine Roses which are shipped direct from South America, these roses were shipped from Florida. When I first saw them I could tell they were not as fresh as the roses I have purchased from Costco in the past. Within a week the pedals were drooping and starting to discolor. The wife plucked peddles and pulled the weak flowers but in about a week and a half they were done."
