Excellent Product

Pros: reasonably priced
"This bridge has made a big improvement in my yard. Have received many compliments. The color in the picture appears grey, but it is brown/bronze like described.
I've looked for a low maintenance bridge for some time (most are wood and will require frequent refinishing to keep looking new), and think this is it. It is easy to assemble. The material is thin wall, so a high salt air environment would not be good.

Sturdy!!

"We reviewed the comments and decided to go ahead and buy it. It shipped fast and neatly and all hardware was included. It is a very heavy item as indicated by other reviews, but that just tells me that it's going to hold up well. It was an easy build and looks great in the garden. Only time will tell if it rusts, but the finish looks like it will hold for quite a while."

Loads of Compliments

Pros: well constructed and durable., easy to assemble., very attractive.
Cons: some pre-drilled holes did not line up exactly.
Model Number: 547624
"After we added the Sunjoy Garden Bridge to our new front yard landscaping, cars started slowing down or stopping when they went by our house, neighbors walked down the block to take a look and everyone who saw us raved about how good our yard and the bridge looked. We would recommend this bridge to anyone."

Garden bridge

Pros: solid construction
Cons: adhesive tags and packaging of smaller parts
"The garden bridge looks wonderful and was a snap to assemble. The only difficult thing was getting the adhesive tags off the parts, and the screws and bolts out of the plastic packages. Every nut, bolt, and washer was sealed in it's own plastic package!
In order to minimize rust on the steel feet I put a bed of small gravel under each one to keep them dry but in SoCal moisture is not usually a problem.
The bridge is very strong and does not flex or wobble when walking over it.
We like it.

A Bridge To Nowhere

Pros: stylish bridge
Cons: rust
"I thought this handsome garden bridge would be the answer to the problem of not having enough bridges in my back yard. Sadly, while it was nice for the first season, it has completely rusted out by the end of the second year. Fortunately, I hauled this rusty bridge to my local Costco Warehouse and received a full refund. While it looks nice, I don't feel the quality was there for a long term centerpiece in the garden."

"I absolutely loved this bridge when I bought it directly from my local Costco. I've had it about 3 years now and it has completely rusted out. A couple of the fence links have just fallen off and the part you step on is crumbling away. Must admit, I live in South Florida, so perhaps all the humidity here did it in. Otherwise, it did look great at one time!"

More than decodation and functional too

Pros: good construction, functional
Cons: poor inside packaging arrangement
Model Number: 547624
"This garden bridge worth 5 stars, base on the construction and functional. But the poor packing and the decking alignment was off a little bit take away 1 star, packaging arrangement cost the parts have room to move around and damage the finish! This is a heavy item, the outside protection was good, but still can't bit the carrier's abuse during shipping !!!!!!!!"

Beautiful and sturdy, but will it last?

Pros: heavy, sturdy, beautiful
Cons: shipping, unknown durability
"Just a heads up, this is shipped via (to me) FedEx Freight...with the downside of having to set up a appointment for the delivery to a residential address.
Aside from that, it's a very pretty piece that took me about 90 minutes to put together, with about half of that time spent unpacking it! Goes together pretty easily, 3/10 in difficulty. They include a simple "wrench" for the nuts and bolts but you'll still need a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
The finish is in a style called "Hammertone" I believe."

One terrific bridge

Pros: heavy weight & well made., good looking., easy to assemble., takes desert heat and snow very well.
Cons: none!
"Assembled myself (easy even for an old lady!) and had the landscaper place in yard over a year ago. I LOVE this bridge! Have had many compliments and passersby ask where I got it. Very heavy and can take constant use. The mailman uses it as a short cut and thinks it's such fun.
I don't think I'll ever have to paint it.
COSTCO sure has good stuff!

Garden Bridge

Pros: easy to assemble
"I bought this bridge two years ago and it has held up great. Years ago I bought a very expensive wood bridge for my mom and it has to be sanded down and refinished each year. The Sunjoy bridge has held up well and has not needed painting."

Bridge: easy to assemble, sturdy

Pros: easy assembly even for one person, sturdy
Cons: need two people to lift
"Assembling this bridge was straightforward. The directions were easy to follow (although a couple of steps could be different) and it was completed by one person in about 3 hours including a couple of coffee breaks. The directions and parts were well designed/packaged and made construction easy.
I love this bridge. It's sturdy, heavy, pretty big for a garden bridge and requires no staining or painting. It's all metal with a brownish/black finish. I hope it endures being outdoors, if not I guess I'll just use rustproof paint on it. It has stakes to anchor it in place.
I'm planning on putting it between two ponds to create the illusion of one big pond. Building the second pond is my next project. :)"
