Immune system miracle!

" I have taken grape seed extract for the last 21 years. I started right after I was diagnosed with progressed breast cancer. An herbalist friend told me she had seen people with cancer look and feel really good after taking grape seed. So I tried it. And it's true. Another advantage is that it works better than vitamin c and echinacea for cold and virus prevention. Costco product is the best price and I love how easy the little caplets are to take. I use 3 a day but during flu season I up the dose to 5. "

Using it not because I need it

" I have no clue whether this will make any difference. I have no health issues. I started taking this based on word of mouth and for purely preventive reasons. It may well be that for my particular case this is money down the drain. Nevertheless, I decided to take it as an insurance policy to ward off possible future problems. The choice was between possibly losing my health in the future or losing a little money now. "

Avoid if you suffer from Migraines!

" As a migraine sufferer I thought I would try this product even though it is made from grape seed extract (read: red wine). What a mistake! While I often live with migraines, after adding this product to my daily routine my migraines were not only horrible but lasted 24/7. However, within a few days after removing this from my daily regime I felt much(!) better. Moral of the story: Be careful if you suffer from migraines or have any other condition exacerbated or triggered by red wine. "

Used it for 15 years

Pros: inexpensive, includes resveritrol grape skin etc., good dose small caplet, powerful anti-oxidant
Cons: running out!
" I've taken 100 mg of grape seed extract (GSE) daily for 15 years, and this specific product for about 10 years. GSE is much more popular in Europe than in the U.S.
It's the *ONLY* thing I've found in my 50+ years of looking that controls my (incurable) inherited psoriasis. This brand at Costco is the lowest price I've found anywhere (about 8 cents a day). I take one a day, two if I missed a day or more. Best absorption when taken with meals.
If I don't take it for about 2 weeks, I start right back in with all the scaling, scratchy, itchy, red painful skin lesions and tearing. Use it daily, and my skin borders on normal.
It took about a month to see the first improvement. It was worth the wait.
Lots of testing shows GSE improves blood vessel strength and heart health by preventing damage caused by free radicals (ionized oxygen).
A friend first told me about it.
I asked him, "How long do I have to take it?"
He replied, "How long do you want the benefits?"
I'll be thoroughly delighted to take it for the rest of my life. "

Resveritrol overpriced per amount of MG

Cons: overpriced - see other brand costco sells
" Overpriced compared to other brands that have 250MG of Trans resveritrol that costco also sells.
This has only a fraction of that amount. The recommendations from the studies recommend as much as 1000 Mg per day and you would have to take the whole bottle to get levels like that. "

If Professional Recommends, BUY this item!

Pros: great circulatory suppliment, reduces circulatory inflammation
Cons: my costco store stopped selling it but ordered it, no other cons...good item!
" My husband swears by this product and brand version! He's used other brands and it's effectiveness doesn't work like this particular brand/product does. It's a QUALITY PRODUCT! It's recommended for the circulatory system. He takes 3 capsules/day. It's good for reducing the inflammation of hemmroids and varicos veins. My husband used other brands and medically speaking, they don't work and he would require surgery to reduce inflammation if he didn't use this. (Ask a physician - this is not medical advice.)
It was suggested for me to use this brands COQ10, 100mg/2 capsules, 2 x a day. And for me this works great for circulation in the eyes, pushing blood circulation better through the tiny corpusals in the eye (an elsewhere); at least for me. (Again, not a medical recommendation.) "
